It seems this is an exit scam casino, a legit casino wouldn't delete their telegram group since there's no reason to delete it. It's fine if they block sign up for new members if they don't want to continue their journey, but they're also inactive and already have 2 users complaining about their money.

I smelled it several months ago after receiving incorrect login detail were all corrected on my side, but I thing that only problem on my internet, I didn't think this was a problem.

you should create a flag so that everyone on the forum can choose whether to support it or not, you should also post all evidence and I also suggest that everyone who is having difficulties in this casino create a thread in the Scam Accusations section with greater urgency to alert everyone, because there are people who will search on google and will use this casino, but when you have a scam accusation these same people when they google this casino they will see this scam accusation

They twice canceled my withdrawal without explanation. There are three complaints about this casino on casino.guru. @jayne169 on telegram is their manager or used to be, but she ignores me.
They had withdrawn funds to me several times before this situation, but this time I doubt that I will get anything.

You just mentioned some info which is already available on their casino website too. You didn't shared your own experience in this casino which players want to see. It's sad how some casinos fail prematurely. What I understand is that some scam casinos decides from beginning that they are coming into the industry to scam and run, when they enter, they execute their plans as written down, unless they are bursted very fast. While some scam casinos initially did not plan to scam but things went out of hand during operation.
But in later case, if there is no representative available to explain things to gamblers it because a red alert too. It is important to have an online personality for business.
