I just notice that your casino has a mandatory KYC for all new users which I read on this https://www.gxgbet.com/en/contacts/terms-and-conditions . This is a major turn off on most of the users here in the forum. Maybe you reconsider excluding forum user so that you can get players from here. Lastly, The casino is very slow to load because the homepage when going directly on the link was displaying all your provider's logos which makes the loading very slow. Maybe you should improve that but the casino itself is neat and good.

Since you said that one if it is licensed and the other one is not so, does the licensed one have list of restricted countries? Sharing the list would be helpful if there are countries that is restricted to gamble on your site. I visited the licensed gambling site and it seems my country is restricted to access it.

If you subscribe to a bonus when depositing on GXGBet.com, there is a requirement to wager a certain multiple depending on the bonus subscribed to. This can be anywhere from 1x upwards. The conditions are written on the bonus being subscribed (but may not be prominent enough as you need to click the 'i' button for details). Your dashboard should show the progress of the wagering amount remaining. Once that condition is fulfilled you should be able to withdraw the amount.

I managed to find some information on restricted countries with regards to our specific gaming licence. From what I gather, the gaming platform GXGBet.com is restricted from accepting players from a few countries namely, USA, France, Netherlands and the former Netherlands Antilles (including Curacao itself), however the other platform GXGCoin.com doesn't have any restrictions. So we should be fine with accepting players from other regions not specifically mentioned is what I read.

Thanks for the warm greeting Nrcewker and your compliments regarding the site. Unfortunately, I can't take credit for the design, and still a number of areas to improve upon. About your question on why defi vs regular casino, great question and not sure my answer will do the question justice but here goes...

Taking nothing away from regular casinos, in fact, I believe they continue to lead and be a staple for entertainment in the gaming space and the pioneers for everything that has or may follow. For us, we knew we wanted to create something different but in the gaming space, and being able to plough more than half our net profits back to GXG Tokens and eventually into the hands of the players who support our platform seemed like an interesting idea we wanted to explore. Melding that with the DeFi space has allowed us to make that possible and it's now a matter of how well received this idea would be and how we can best implement it.

We are trying to add more coins and other payment alternatives like credit cards as well to, not only increase the different options for players, but also to maybe try and get some people not so involved in cryptocurrencies more involved and potentially interested in what can sometimes be the more technical space of DeFi.

We have implemented automated withdrawals at this stage but with a manual review as the site is still in its infancy and we have had to manually approve some also.

It's interesting you mentioned having more deposit promotions because prior to the launch of GXGBet.com there was a plethora of bonuses and promos going on which we ended up removing cause some thought it was just going to overwhelm and confuse potential players with their different wagering requirements, terms and conditions etc. But I think you are right and it could be time to revisit additional promotions. I literally saw a document this morning with a whole list of promos looking for some approval.

Of course I take yours and any feedback I get positively, its one of the key ways we can try to do better. I'm not the type of person interested in people blowing smoke up my *** if you know what I mean.

I've seen multiple crypto projects saying "we don't touch the coins in our liquidity pool" and yet they steal the coins and run away. Crypto scammers simply love such projects, where they promise insane results and want the investors to trust them, only because their project claims to be DeFi, while in reality it has nothing to do with decentralized finance.
Is there a way for us to verify that you are going to keep your promise to reinvest 65% of the profits back into the project?

I think the casino is not legit, so how can my money be confiscated after I unsubscribed from in the bonus. 
And after I wrote to them about the problem, they said if you want to play with us, you can deposit more money.
 Fortunately, I only deposited 20€. This is why I will not deposit and keep playing with them, there are many reliable casinos with good offers here on the forum.

I think it's because the gxgbet have license that's why they require basic KYC as stated by gxgbet while gxgcoin does not have license so it does not require any KYC. I can't access the gxgbet.com due to being one of the coin that is restricted and gxgcoin.io is accessible to me. I agree that it is much better if there's no KYC needed as it is what most people wanted. Even some known gambling sites may ask for KYC if they found your account being suspicious.

Hi Ulven, yes this is most likely what happened. If you subscribe to the freespins and then signup you and use the freespins and win. The winnings go to your bonus balance in your account which can be seen in the dashboard.

There is a wagering requirement which is only 1x of the bonus and we have no minimum or maximum. Once you fulfill that, then the bonus amount moves to your real balance for you to play or withdraw as you wish. This 1x wagering is stated on the bonus when you subscribe (click the 'i' symbol top right). Sorry it's probably not prominent enough so you may have likely missed it. I apologise for this and we will try and find a way to make the conditions more obvious without too much clutter to try and prevent this from happening again. In that 'i' are the various conditions including one which states "Unsubscribing from this promo after placing any bet will result in funds in your BONUS balance being forfeited."

This totally makes so much sense now, I'm not sure why I didn't think of multiple quotes sooner, I've been replying to each member's message one by one and just kind of making my way down the list. Thanks for the tip Ulven and I apologise to the forum for contravening any of the rules.

Let me quote a previous post first as I think the issue you have raised is extremely important.

Well, in terms of using the bonus (100% on the first deposit or 20% +10 free spins), so when using a subscription to the first option of the bonus, you need to have winnings equivalent to x25 of your deposit, whereas when subscribing to the second option, you need to have x5 of the deposit amount. But at the same time, there are also KYC requirements, the verification of which takes place within 7 days, and it seems to me that withdrawal will also not be available without passing KYC, it would be much more honest for users to be unable to make a deposit in the absence of a passed KYC instead of making a refund, especially since the casino does not assume free spins for new users.

After this incident, I think you should find a way to make sure that users've read the promo terms and fully understand them. You can for example display the terms on a pop-up window and don't allow the user to subscribe to the promo until he clicks on an agree button.

Forfeiting the bonus balance when a user decides to unsubscribe from a promo doesn't make much sense, imo. It works totally in favour of the casino and it would become more fair if you start deducting bets from the bonus balance then the real balance.

This is a very important incident let's hope they're handled this well because this will speak about their operations and how willing they are to build a reputation, I saw that the bet is placed using the deposited fund and not some bonuses that need to meet requirements before withdrawal. Not sure if my previous reply was sufficient, but I believe the issue arises when a player subscribes to a bonus and deposits money. He will see 2 balances. A real balance of his deposited funds and a bonus balance. Now if you try to withdraw right now, you will not be able to cause the bonus has been subscribed to.

If you want your real balance withdrawn right now, you would need to unsubscribe to the bonus. But please bear in mind, unsubscribing to the bonus will mean forfeiting any amount in the bonus balance which may or may not include any winnings you have made by betting whether that bet was placed using real or bonus funds. But the platform will most definitely not take any money in your real balance.

Yes, I have also seen numerous scams and rugpulls and the limited regulation in this market means little to no protection for many individuals. One of the key basic premises of our DeFi project is, as you mentioned, using 65% of net profits to reinvest. As for who is checking this, how is it done, how can it be verified is where we may differ from others.

As players bet (irrespective of winning or losing) they will earn tokens (using experience points which can directly be traded). These are earnt in a 65/35 split where 65 goes to the player and 35 to the team so the reinvestment is automatic, transparent and happening all the time in real-time. The GXG Tokens can then be used in our DeFi platform to stake or for yield farming or the player can simply go a platform like pancake swap and exchange them for BNB etc and cash out.

And what about just falling yields or straight out theft of tokens ? The development team of most blockchain projects will hold a considerable amount of tokens and use high APY's to attract investors to join at the beginning, but the token itself has no value and cannot continue to create economic benefits causing falling APY's as liquidity increases. Additionally, when individuals in other projects buy a large number of tokens, the team will also sell their tokens on hand to make considerable profits. This is in direct contrast to what we are doing. Firstly, our team doesn't hold any tokens in the initial stage so we can't actually sell and profit from it and the only way we can obtain GXG Tokens is by operating the casino because as a player places bets in the casino, we also earn a proportion (35%) of the rewards meaning. What I meant by basic KYC is that the site has a simplified verification process where you can just upload from a choice of ID options. But there is not facial recognition or things of that nature. Only our gaming site GXGBet.com has an option for KYC as we are a licenced gaming operator, however our DeFi site requires none as its a separate entity so to speak. Although the two platforms do work in unison with one another since GXG tokens earnt on the gaming site can be farmed or staked on the DeFi platform for additional rewards. The only major setback I have seen with this site is the fact that some regions are restricted and that will be a big setback for the casino since their still new in the market and need to build a large community base, and also since there are restrictions there will possibly be a need for KYC at some point so I will advise not to use VPN on the site in case problem arise in the future and you need to submit some documents.

Personally I don't do it because I don't leave balance in there after gambling and also the casino has a security feature that freeze the account in case it was logged in on different IP and device at the same time. To answer your question, yes, the site has in fact two mechanisms for restricting users based on their location. The first is that you will see some particular games are blocked depending on which country you are accessing from meaning the user will in fact receive a warning and will not actually be able to play that particular game.

The second mechanism is that when searching, depending on which country a player is accessing from, different providers are actually presented whilst others are not displayed. This hopefully removes the need to manually check the games you want to play. As you rightly point out very few players take the time to search the game they intend on playing so with these mechanisms in place, they won't need to. The page you're seeing I believe is actually caused by slow loading because if you were accessing from a restricted country, then you would see a warning page instead informing you and you would not be able to proceed further. We have resolved some of the slower loading pages and gone through to optimise various images on but its still a work in progress as we try to reduce the page sizes and speed of the platforms so our valuable players spend less time waiting and more time enjoying the site.

I believe your issue has come about because if a player decides they don't want the promo and unsubscribe to it, although all funds in the real balance will remain, any funds in the bonus balance is forfeited. Yes, you are right. Their terms and conditions contain only a list of game providers and territories from which customers cannot be accepted for that specific games. From what I can tell, there's no list of restricted countries to the site as a whole. Since GXGBet is a licensed casino, it is understandable that they are not available in all locations worldwide. Yes, I read their T&C too and as some members above pointed out, the list there is for countries restricted by game providers and this is not the cause of the problem. I was referring to countries restricted by the casino whic are determined by their license.

It's funny that they call themselves a gambling review site if they didn't tested the site on their own but they only put a feedback based on their own instincts, other's opinion, and based on the instructions given by the casino that pays them. It won't be an issue if they include sites which are suspicious but they will give a warning about those sites. I've seen some gambling review sites who have that category other than the legit one.

You're right, to prove that Op actually got the money better to include a screenshot in the wallet address he received the money because gxgbet is not available so it's impossible to take a screenshot from there.
