Exactly, every altcoin follows bitcoin price movement and they are even worst when it comes to bear market. Just look at the price of Doge now, -92% for it's all time high. So I'm still trying to grasp where the OP says that Doge is stable here.

There could be coins that will go up in bear market though, but it doesn't mean that they are strong or solid. Most likely they are just meme coins, being used by pumps to obviously, pump and dump it till they earn huge profits.

The market is stable from any angle here with the way it's going. The OP meant to look at the 15m chart and see things, not much else. I see not only Dogecoin but some altcoins also have this state. After BTC and ETH plummeted, the liquidation of assets for many people or large funds, and Dogecoin is not a big object for those who want to manipulate the market. Because this shitcoin has already lost most of its value. There is not much liquidity left in this project, so there is nothing to fall there, everyone who wanted to sell, has already sold long ago, there is a large number of hamsters who have bought coins for 20-60 cents and can not sell at 5 cents, because it would be tantamount to just throwing them away. And such majority in this project.

You cite BTC and ETH, but BTC and ETH lost 70% and 76% of their value, respectively. DOGE lost more than 91% of its value.

Each coin usually has its own fans, as well as Dogecoin, there are fans who still believe in the future of Dogecoin. So Dogecoin is still in demand

Just because it is getting some hype attention from the famous people who want that attention, doesn't mean that it is a logical coin to invest into.

What you are investing into is a thing that even the creator said it took him a few hours and nothing more, it is one that has people who own majority of it and so forth. This is why I would like to say that it is investing your money into something that is a trash and joke and nothing more.

I can see people being interested in shiba inu, something that was created by the owners to get the hype of doge as well, and that is double stupid to me, how could anyone think leftover hype of a hyped thing could be bringing you money. Interesting to say the least.

The fact that dogecoin did not drop substantially at the time of Bitcoin and ethereum decline does not mean that it hasn't dumped much more considering another time frame  maybe 7 days or 3 days record. Dogecoin has dropped significantly when we consider the alt and the present trading value.

Checking the charts, Doge has dropped about 37% over the last 30 days, while Bitcoin is at around a 35% drop and ETH is over 40%.

Not dropping below a certain resistant point over a period of time does not equate to more stability when compared with other coins.

Even so, I don't think that means much for dogecoin in relation to Bitcoin. Holders of dogecoin might not see the significance of selling because the price has dumped already at least compared to where Elon hyped it to. I hate when all these meme coins are for whatever reason been compared to Bitcoin and you do also realize that Bitcoin in just the past 2days recovered about $3k from trading at a low of $17k+ to now trading at $21k+

Elon is big Influencer of doge coin it is not unknown to all crypto lovers. Since he has established himself as a successful investor in crypto as well as exposing his interest in doge coins, he will not give up easily. He is definitely planning on it. Maybe in the near future we will see its reflection.

Doge could increase its value just because elon shill, if elon desires to shill for it, it could literally increase in value right now.

The comparison in the fall of Doge is about the same as with the legendary coins which are BTC, ETH and other founders of the entire cryptography industry. And as rightly noted here, some altcoins will no longer be able to rise to the level that they reached in the past. All this has already happened and will happen again in the future. It's funny to hear that dogecoin was stable while other coin fell. It’s not really just Dogecoin that’s doing that, some other Altcoins too maintained their state (although already poor) and I won’t consider this as a win because these coin already has low prices and their drop won’t be as noticeable as Bitcoin or Ethereum, this fact doesn’t make the solid even at this time, I feel when the markets get better many of this coins won’t have the pump momentum as bitcoin would have by then.

I see, this could be the reason why their price remained even though the two heavyweight cryptos are falling. maybe they've just already sinking just before the top coins are falling and they don't need to follow the trend since they are already there. It's a worse thing to do when you decide to invest in those coins because they might even fall lower when bitcoins don't recover this month or the next month. Right now, there's no need to rush but the good thing to do is, wait for the right timing to enter the market to avoid bull traps.

Wouldn't be surprised if Elon didn't support Doge. Recently, Elon has been embroiled in lawsuits with doge, many claiming that ELon advertised and gave doge buying advice to many investors causing them to lose money. If Elon abandons doge and chooses another shitcoin to play with, this is the end of doge.
