Congrats, it seems you've seen your profit now since the market showing a little bit of resistance.
I think the real button price has been done and it shows recovery now, if you've bought recently then of course you will have your profit now.

There's no exact or let's called the best time to buy Bitcoin, if the market experience continues to fall down, buying Bitcoin in DCA would be appropriate too.  It's your decision to take advantage of the market price, as long you never sell at a loss your investment will be fine.

i did not buy yesterday at 18k  because of the crash ,  i was affraid it will go dow further quickly , was waiting to see if breaks the 17k-18k support . then its started bouncing ,  MACD indicating HUGE oversold trend , so i waited for it to confirm . From 17.8k to  19.5k , was a good bounce confirmation for me . (we are still at very low levels comparing to 69k , the futures shorts orders will close soon )

It makes sense, it is important that you have a plan and you know what you are doing, and if you invest in the long term (2-3 years) it will not matter so much whether you bought at $17 xxx, or $19 500. Now the question is how the situation will develop further, because as things stand now, the price is in the green and goes towards $21 000, although one should be careful not to fall into the trap.

You took the right decision by buying right now that the price is at an accessible level, now I do not know if it is very likely that we could see the lower levels at which you want to buy, but it is a nice strategy to have a buy order at those levels just in case things get even worse and we see yet another drop in the price of bitcoin, however it is also important to think about what you will do in the case the price does not go that low, as that is capital that needs to be invested at some point so you can generate profits with it.

Great strategy, I'm not sure if bitcoin will still bottom but you being able to buy bitcoin below $20k, that's already a great buying price, it's very cheap as bitcoin dump below it's 2 past ATH already and therefore it should be considered a great buying price.

if bitcoin will reach $11k which is unlikely, that's another luck on your part as for sure bitcoin will bounce back in time and will hit a new ATH again.

luck is indeed owned by the OP, even in a short time, the price of BTC that was purchased gradually had time to bounce a little. just be careful with bull traps.
although target 2 hasn't made it in yet, but buying under $20k is certainly a good price. just hold on to the BTC that you have earned, in the long run, it will be a very big investment.

Put it lower as you said. I would probably invest more at $15k, right now I'm still following my DCA routine but if it goes below $15k, I might just invest more to take advantage of the dump. Not planning to sell even if Bitcoin goes below $10k though, it'd be kinda dumb to let it sit at a loss. As for your strat, it might be better to DCA it instead of waiting for a price point, maybe a weekly DCA instead of month if you're pressed to invest it all but if not then the usual monthly DCA would probably work wonders imo.

That's actually a wise strategy especially if you seek assurance. Most investors are having a hard time deciding if they're going to buy now or wait a little more but dividing your funds will also be a good decision. I'm also holding a portion of my funds hoping to buy at a lower price but already bought at 20k. Profit is still a profit but aiming for a better price isn't bad as long as we know the risks that we're taking.

And they take this great opportunity rather than being afraid and worried about the future. Maybe those weak people can't afford to do this but rich people this seems a great chance for them. This is why "rich people become richer while poor people become poorer". If I have a lot of reserves money, I should put some of them into Bitcoin, not in stablecoins as it was not a smart choice. In fact, if we consider buying crypto as the bullish time chasing for the chance earning more, I don't know why we can't do this while the market is in dip situation. That is a big question to think about.

What's the perfect time to get in? Is on the time where everything is already pumping? You should really make yourself at least that considerate on whats the current trend at the moment and come to think about cheap price does have more profits whenever the makfet would have the recovery which it is just common sense  that you would really get in as low as you could to take advantage and stretching out your possible profits but I do understand on why most people do really hesitate on times like this due to that thinking about possible further dips on the time that they do made out some buys which is something normal I should say.

The best time to buy is when the market is in dip to accumulate more in the future but it depends on how long will you hold your investment since Bitcoin is worth it the longer you hold it. People should look the market/chart often if they want to know when is the right time to buy Bitcoin instead of asking around or do some research I'm sure you will find a good thread about when is the right time to buy.

I hope someone knows what they were doing when buying Bitcoin because most of these new in the market tend to dump when the market is in bear season.

Good point here, I also suggest to OP that on their stop loss area (if ever there is) that's they can start to put some buy orders just in case. I believe that on those levels, volatility is high and I really expect a lot of candle wicks. These wicks could be the key to a good entry.

You are one of the lucky ones to buy bitcoin at that price because I think a lot of people are just waiting for the price to drop or they have already bought bitcoin at $18k.
But either way, as long as you can buy at a lower price, that's great because you can see an opportunity to buy bitcoin at that price.
