Actually, it depends on how you will see the investment if you want to buy for the long term i guess no matter what happens when the market dumps sure you will make a buy position because you grab the opportunity and take profit at the end of holding for years or months but if you want to make an earning you can make a position and need to execute with the use of the Technical analysis so you can make a proper execution when to buy.

The moment he posted this thread, the price of btc was 18.3k but maybe he missed it because he still asks if btc can get a little lower but over a week later (on june 30 to be exact) the price has dropped to 19.1k.
