i agree with your opinion on this.
when the market is bearish it is better to choose bitcoin for investment assets than put money in altcoins.
there are also other options besides bitcoin for investment that may not be as good for me as bitcoin, namely ethereum. these few days i see the movement of ethereum and bitcoin start to rise again and if only for short term investment very good

As you said, when bitcoin drops 5%, altcoins double or triple. When there is a rally, the first bitcoin rises, followed by major altcoins. If a rally starts to happen, it may be more profitable to switch from bitcoin to altcoins. It makes the most sense to only accumulate bitcoins during the bear season because there is very minimal risk for me. If you are a good trader, you can increase your bitcoins in possible jumps during the bear season.

I think now is a good time to take a risk.

I don't think so, maybe it will be bull market season in few years but now crypto market depression is not over. That's right, not fully recovered. yes, maybe its time to invest some alt coins right now but i also think waiting another month or two is smart as there is a lot of room for growth but i would like to see some real development for these coins before i spend all my money on that.

You can continue buying bitcoin while the value is still cheap and you can do a day trade system so you can grow your holding little by little.

To me I believe that the bear season might be over but you never can tell, the whole market has started looking bullish once again, there is an indicator that always indicates the bottom of bitcoin, the indicator had crossed and it seems like $17k is the bottom for now, hopefully the whales will not manipulate the market to favour them by dumping it beyond 17k that will create a huge fear in the market. I think we had dumped enough to recover back to the top, from $60k+ up to $17k is pretty huge to recover from here

It true that the worth of market is really low but it is not necessary that the price will always remains low, there will be some time when the worth will rise again and reach to highest peak. Normally it is not good to buy coin with all you have because cryptocurrency is very risky, buying coin with all you have will definitely result to being panicking expecially when you don't get what you have been expecting. It is better to invest cryptocurrency with an amount that even if the market goes dip their wont be much pressure of losing huge amount of money.

Altcoins are indeed more volatile than bitcoin, the proof is that we see exchanges like CEL, and LUNA,
where their prices have dropped dramatically to -90%, and specifically for LUNA, they end up being scams,
