Buying Altcoins with a bear market in my opinion is very good, because this is a very precise moment when all Altcoins are down. But if you want to buy an Altcoin, you have to choose and see how the potential of the Altcoin is gooy bod or not, so I'm sure when this bear market ends you will definitely benefit from what you buy in this bear market.

in bear market it create rich people for whom courage take risk , without risk we never get profits. alot good projects now already on bottom and even create new low.

I think we should always be careful in any kind of market. whether it's a bear market or a bull market. because if we enter when the market is bullish when prices start high, it makes us take a high risk. because the price is starting to rise also means it will be prone to go down afterwards.

You are right, the market conditions are not conducive to take entry now,  the market is likely to remain bearish in the next 2-3 weeks because on 13th of August FED will announce decision about interest rate and on 15th of August long awaited Ethereum merger will happen and these 2 events can create huge volatility in the market. We might see Bitcoin breaking physiological barrier of 20k and if it happens then next support is around 17K. DYOR
