Brother the first thing you have to know that nobody can confirmly predict the Bitcoin next move in current market the Bitcoin situation is just like the avalanche falling from a mountain so NoOne know that where it will stuck and confirm their support.
While the altcoins is directly proportional to Bitcoin
So if Bitcoin confirm their strong support then it will bullish his price & that will be the zone which we can say that it's the bottom of altcoins.

As you probably know the altcoin market depends a lot on the movements of bitcoin and right now there is not too much strength for the price of bitcoin to go up, so while DOT at 7 or 8 dollars may seem like a good opportunity it is better to take your time and avoid making too many moves at this time.

The bear market has the potential to keep going at least for another year, so there is no need to rush and buy DOT when you could even buy it for a cheaper price during the next  months, so take your time and only once we are closer to the bitcoin halving then you can make your move.

It probably will still dip below its currency price since there is no substantial update in the market or any development that will trigger price movement. Its close  to its bottom but it hasn't been there yet.

Its only BTC that got to its bottom or at least that's what some speculators are saying. And because BTC spiked up to $21K after a sharp $17k, the altcoins market also go up. $7 is not bad for a price entry if you are willing to invest in long term.

I had never touched any altcoins lately due to me just being a full Bitcoin-er now. Surely there would be some so-called "hidden gems or treasure" there like some other people claim, but in the end there are still sea of shitcoins lying around there waiting for your money to be taken away.

Buying the buttom is a good investment time but the real time for that is unpredictable. Some investors have felt this buying moment since the time of 2 months back but yet the price still dropping and today it still falling. That maybe a good price to enter and remember the peak for DOT was $55 and there’s still a chance to hit that price once the market fully recovers and especially if there’s a new development with DOT. The market might be on a bull trap for now, so better to wait for the real bottom before buying but if you are a long term player, then I believe $7 is already a good price to buy, just set up your target price and you can be good. Altcoins market is still down, many are still struggling so grab this opportunity now to have those good altcoins.

Even to say it will or not, this still not sure about it. We should have to know the fact that we never know what will happen next. We do speculations, right and it was certainly unreliable unless we are the one who controls and manipulate the market as this DOT and the rest of the altcoins are still reliant on Bitcoin, and once it falls, they will follow as well, and so the pump.

maybe bitcoin bottom on around $16500 and we will see hard bounce there. so far market still concern with US inflation and rate that maybe will increase again. so far in this bearish season developers team must speed up their developtment progress so when market recover they have trigger to pumped. for long term investment maybe current price have good level no matter with its volatility.

Really hard to tell, I mean the project looks solid, but since we are in a bear market, every coins is going to suffer even ETH (it even recorded a lowest low of 2 digits back in 2018 bear market).

And this is what we call crypto winter, survival of the fittest. So I guess no one can answer your question. No one here has the crystal ball to see what the future holds. So it's really up to you, whether you believed on this project and that it will survived this bear market or not.

No one knows for sure, about the current crypto market, only predictions and some analysis that you can see on google, it seems that every altcoin must have its own investor to advance the coin, polka dots look good, only the market is currently down, so if you want to invest there is nothing wrong with polka dots, good opportunity.

I am not sure it is a bottom, especially for altcoins. As you know, altcoins do not have a bottom and if bitcoin does not recover properly, the altcoin market will continue its triumphant plunge. For Polkadot there is still room to fall, if you look at the charts, the strong support there was formed back in 2020, at ~$4.5 level, so if you wait a bit, you can wait for these values, but not the fact that it will happen in the next couple of months.

If we just really know when the market will be in dip situation, I am pretty sure everybody are happy. But in reality of course its not possible, due to the market was too unpredictable and all of us are waiting for this. Now if your gonna ask me, does this moment is a good timing to buy DOT, I could say yes and no. Because like what I said the market is unpredictable, if ever you buy now then it suddenly the coins dump the price quickly, you know the feeling of saying the words like "what a pity, I shouldn't be in a hurry" you know what I mean.

You need to avoid projects that are dying and proceed with the new and trusted ones but this will take time for you to investigate the team behind that project in order to avoid getting scammed. When a bearish trend happened, some of the altcoins out there won't gonna survive after it and you might lose your investment if you happened to invest in those ones. That's why everyone is recommending investing in bitcoins because as of now, it is the safe haven for the investors. But I'm not closing the opportunity that the other altcoins bring, because some of them will have momentum after this bearish market.
