You are definitely very angry for the terminologies that you used here but i think since you have been claiming problem from bistler for months now? isn't better to put your issue in SCAM ACCUSATION board? you have called them scam then prove it in proper forum mate because this will only add flavor to your claims.

I doubt Bitsler responds unless this user or any other user has a legitimate claim. I think it's very distasteful and defamatory/slanderous when users create a thread because they're mad they lost. If you cannot handle losing then don fucking gamble. It's not called win everytime, its called GAMBLING. sometimes ya win, sometimes ya lose.

Again, these kinds of post should not be taken seriously without substantiating any proof to the contrary.

no offense, but I hope you realize that math would disprove your claim about how it is impossible to not hit a win on a 6.6x multiplier. like it or not there is still a chance of not hitting a win on 200+ bets with 6.6x multiplier. I feel like you're just frustrated, a lot of gamblers(including me) have felt the same way as you, that the gambling site is cheating so you wouldn't win.

Just be calm and wait a little bit more for the customer support to look into your problem. Being angry when you are asking them for help won't solve help and if you really think that it is rigged then feel free to open up a scam accusation against bitsler and provide the proof of your claim that bitsler is indeed a scam site. I think that's more enough to make their reputation change a bit if your claim is true. If you don't want any more trouble or this kind of problem then you should stop gambling.

Just statistical things. They allow to verify bets? Take a look into this and try to understand if there is an error on their side. It's very unlikely
It's always better understand clearly how these sites works and what are the real chance for a win.... and understand what are the real chance for a loss!

Few things I would recommend:
• Write a review on their main account
• Open Scam accusations, have enough evidence
• Write to the main person here who is in charge of it
• Change your casino
• File a PIL if the casino is legal in your country

Calmly ask them what happened and why it happened?

Also, I suggest you open proper scam accusations with proof of how your account was rigged and how they are not helping you.

As I see you're talking about Bitsler if I have understood correctly. I think that simply you've lost and now you're trying to have your money back and also to ruin reputation of good and trustable casino like Bitsler.

We can give advices and if there’s a legit claim against the site, we should be more cautious.
Recently, a lot of issues being raised regarding this site though I think some of those issues got solve already. This one is a new claim, and I’d hope that this site can solve it if OP is telling the truth here and have the proof about his problem, scam accusation might be a big help to OP.

I've been running support for a crypto company for over a year and can tell you that they handled the complaint pretty fast considering the foul language they got from OP. It's pretty normal for clients to get angry over an issue because it always builds up to the boiling point before they contact support. When they have a withdrawal issue they schedule it, cancel, schedule again, cancel again because it takes too long, log in and out multiple times, then finally write to support and wait biting their nails for someone to respond and the frustration rises...

If you really want to prove they're cheating, deposit a small amount of money and record your screen while playing. Choose the lowest possible bet and show us it's a loss 20 or more times in a row, change the seed and get 20 losses again and start a thread with the video. You say you had 225 in a row so getting 40 shouldn't be a problem. You'll have a proof that there's something wrong with your account and maybe you'll get some compensation from the casino.
If they won't try to explain it they'll lose some clients for sure.

Well technically the odds of that happening is somewhere around 0.000001% (probability calculator) very unlikely but defenitly possible, Plus i believe they have a roll verifier on their website so if you're really paranoid you can simply use the server and client seed to verify them one by one.
