At first seeing your case, I thought the player has valid point but upon reading his replies and with his attitude, I really believe that he is just using the hack possibility as an excuse to recover his loss because he was too impatient to withdraw his balance. You processed the first 20K withdrawal so it means that you are willing to pay the player. Too bad for him for not setting 2FA while his account has a huge balance in there. He is very clever on coming up to an excuse that he made on his thread but his attitude show what his true color.

So, you have claimed that you got paid when you withdraw from their site then that means they will pay and can afford to pay their winners. WHAT logical reason is there, for me to want to damage the reputation of a casino that has zero reputation to damage? They are new and unheard of. Also, why would I choose to dump the balance just 1 hour before I can withdraw it, and then somehow pretend I got hacked, or something weird. It makes no sense whatsoever.

If I understand correctly the wagering requirements for the 5$ bonus is 20x, In addition to that if you somehow manage to win anything after completing the wagering requirements you would still need to deposit 100$ AND wager that money 1 time in order to withdraw you money.

I hope Cowboys48 and slotella should be able to end this matter in the best possible way and with mutually reinforcing evidence. Attach all chronology and things that are considered suspicious. I don't support either of them on this because I really don't know how the original story goes.
