Obviously this is a phishing attempt. As you can see the TLD is email while the official one is com. Be carefful guys and don't reply to this email.
Am only wondering why would someone impersonate a casino that is still new and the most important question is how did you know you have accounts on Slotella and where did they get your email addresses from?!
If the casino's database got leaked due to an attack or sold by one of the team members as Slow death suggested, then this is a serious matter and OP has to clarify this.

You can clearly see the difference between the slotella support email from a phishing attempt email.  So I am wondering too, is there a data leak in your system?  I hope no one from your staff is leaking or selling your clients' data.  You should address this issue and fix it asap.

I got that email too and it looks like all slotella users got this email, hope no one gets fooled by this phishing attempt. I unscribed an email from slotella hope it works but if this is a data leak even though we have unscribed then we will still get emails like this from other scam websites.

Do you try to reply on the email and check what will be there reply? We need to know whether this is a real scam attempt or just there other email for promotion. I have slotella account since I just claim there 5$ bonus but I didn’t received this kind of email. It’s better confirmed that this email will result to scam attempt using the link as proof for the accusation to make it solid.

It’s clearly a data leak you can confirmed that they are sending phishing links.

Very unfortunate to have such experience in a very new site, no matter the data is leaked or being sold, it may affect the reputation of Slotella as a new site that has just started their business. This is why it is always recommended to have different email and password for different account to avoid something bad. Unfortunately slotella's official representative account is not active for 5 days now, hope he will come back soon to clarify.

We may think that they have wasted their opportunity because they are just a new site but it was actually them who are mostly involved in scams, hacks and other crimes. It's easy for them to abandon their site once they already got what they want. In the case of this casino, they steal emails and other personal information of their customers.

I wouldn't be surprised if the OP wouldn't returned on here and then the site will just stop operating one day. You are right, that it's always better to have a separate email and password especially if we want to try a new website. Just in case unfortunate events like this can happen. Better safe than sorry.

Instead of addressing the scam accusation , now they choose to stay MIA? this is not good for a casino that has newly advertised here and promising bonuses for account creation and now having issues?

could be a possibility they created this casino for people to deposit money and they disappear with people's money and they created this 5$ bonus to get a lot of emails from people and sell, but one thing I can't understand is why send casino promotion emails instead of emailing something else that wasn't suspicious?
Instead of addressing the scam accusation , now they choose to stay MIA? this is not good for a casino that has newly advertised here and promising bonuses for account creation and now having issues?
and the bad part here is that even the emails of us seems like being compromised and this is really not that good for everyone who starts believing their site.
Maybe they will face tags sooner from community and a flad together .

I got that email too and it looks like all slotella users got this email, hope no one gets fooled by this phishing attempt. I unscribed an email from slotella hope it works but if this is a data leak even though we have unscribed then we will still get emails like this from other scam websites.
Very unfortunate to have such experience in a very new site, no matter the data is leaked or being sold, it may affect the reputation of Slotella as a new site that has just started their business. This is why it is always recommended to have different email and password for different account to avoid something bad. Unfortunately slotella's official representative account is not active for 5 days now, hope he will come back soon to clarify.   
We may think that they have wasted their opportunity because they are just a new site but it was actually them who are mostly involved in scams, hacks and other crimes. It's easy for them to abandon their site once they already got what they want. In the case of this casino, they steal emails and other personal information of their customers.

I wouldn't be surprised if the OP wouldn't returned on here and then the site will just stop operating one day. You are right, that it's always better to have a separate email and password especially if we want to try a new website. Just in case unfortunate events like this can happen. Better safe than sorry.

I have not seen that it answers any question and that is usually something suspicious, and if it turns out to be like that, it is a waste of opportunity because not everyone has a site where they can get the most out of it, it is a pity, there are already some sites that have turned out lately something bad with possible scams, it's a shame.

Aside from the inactivity of OP since 19th, the support system is also inactive.
I sent them a ticket (around 48hours ago) but I get no answer till now, I ask them related to the probably phishing attempt by email.
It seems that this casino is handled by single person only, so there is no active representative in both this forum and on the website.

That raises up the suspicion because if you are running a business then it would be that professional on making use of their casino email rather than with some sort of personal or something random which you could actually say that it isnt really that appropriate.

We cant really make out conclusions though but it is better to avoid this site and wait up for some words or clarifications from OP but it would be unlikely that he would really be coming back again.

Had just wasted up some opportunity to get up some players considering this site wasnt really bad looking at all.
