Which coin made you a millionaire?

I am not a millonaire yet but I bought HEX at $.05 about a year ago and sold at $.20. I thought a made a nice profit but HEX did another 2.5x.
I found HEX by watching a youtube channel and I believe in HEX because Richard Heart seems like a smart dude. I sold because I was dumb back then.

The market cap of HEX tokens is very high compared to other tokens in Coinmarketcap's top 200 list, but why is HEX token at number 202? Does anyone know why CMC doesn't provide positions according to market capitalization?
There seems to be a difference between coins that are listed as 200 and above and coins that are listed as 201 and below. Because if we press on the Market Cap it will not change the position either.

1. How you found the coin

In CMC is a list of coins, we see the coins there, then research or reanalyze before buying.

2. Why you believed in the project

Many coins on the CMC list are tradable, but not all coins with an active platform. Even their site was already dead. So it doesn't fall into my category.

3. Why are you still holding or why you sold

If the coin loses price, while their platform is active, and the team is constantly working to improve the quality of their project, then we can keep the coin.

I have several altcoin almost made me as millionaire but little mistake with diamond hands keep holding for long term make my dreaming become millionaire in cryptocurrency almost gone, although still have another coins give profitable for me until right now keep as influencer in cryptocurrency world without have another or real job. All us ever have several coins make them become millionaire but depending our self, some time unbelievable thing when hold coin for long term price pump.

I will try my lucky again with cryptocurrency hold several altcoin in my wallet and hope have second chance for me get much profit and become millionaire still not closed yet if hold right coins, I think my opportunity become millionaire with cryptocurrency almost coming trues by holding several altcoins kind for long term.

There is no alternative to investing in bitcoin. Bitcoin has made many millionaire in the past and will continue to do so in the future. If the current market situation turns from bearish to bull, many people will get that opportunity again. But for that, the emphasis should be on Bitcoin accumulation. But becoming a millionaire depends on your collection. Since 71% of the prices are still low. So that opportunity ‍should be taken those who are worthy to invest.

I haven't had that luck yet, hopefully one day. In the crypto market you have a lot of opportunities to catch something big but this also requires patience. Maybe bitcoin is the coin that makes most people millionaires who invest early in bitcoin. Bitcoin is still profitable for investors today, but because returns are not as high as they used to be, people tend to look to low-cap cryptocurrencies with the expectation of being able to make big profits to become a millionaire, a lot of people are taking risks to do it.

Buying 25-30 bitcoins is not money everyone has to invest, that's why people don't choose bitcoins but choose altcoins, because they don't have too much initial capital to buy bitcoins.

I am not a millionaire but some altcoins helped me a lot. Especially I made good amount of money with Cake, Ceek and Raca.
Cake made nearly 3x after I bought it and meanwhile I staked it in Pancakeswap and Pancakebunny.
I made 2x in Ceek and sold away when I felt bear is coming.
I was generating lot of money with Raca through game and nft drops. But at one point returns diminished then I sold my Raca away.
These were my main coins in last bull run besides big ones.

Not a single coin but I had over $500k altcoin portfolio back to old days during bull market of 2017. Overall, investing in the new projects is risky but surviving the bear trends gives you an opportunity to build for next altcoin season. Ethereum and Shiba are my biggest runners during bull market season, so I keep investing in the hype coins for next bull season.

It seems risky to me to keep investing in Shiba. They already had a massive pump and while they will surely go up again in the next bull market, I doubt that we will see a massive increase. I also still have some Shiba left but that is more "play money".

Just keep on believing in yourself because it's not yet too late and there's a lot of coins/projects out there that can be profitable to us, we just need to know which it is. We sure ain't a millionaire now but I know that our time will come, the good thing is we are already in the process to be there, soon!

If it were that simple, then everyone who enters crypto would be millionaires, but the truth is that the same laws of the market work here: if someone earns, then at the same time someone loses. And in altcoins there are the most risks of losing funds, you can buy tokens and wait for them to grow for years, but that may never happen. Bitcoin is a safe investment, and investing in Bitcoin may not make you a millionaire, but you won't lose your investment.

I also had HEX at one time but I sold it for 0.0058.Never knew this HEX would be so pumping.Since then there have been many coins that I have held on to until now and have not sold them but for no profit.Actually it totally depends on the forehead. I have overcome such incidents many times. Before this I had MB8 coins which I sold some and held the rest which later became worthless.I could have become a millionaire long ago if I could analyze the market well.

Crypto is not something we should rush into inother to make profits. It's not a get rich quock scheme, rather it meant for passive income and people misunderstood he way crypto and it's Market operates. Investing in the right projects, seems pretty nice but not all coins will make the bullish run at the end, some might even end like Dogecoin amd Trons. Those coins are overhype coin in the market, just like memecoin. Let's give the market our strength without showing weaknesses.

There's no coin that made me millionaire yet but many coins that I invested in before up to the present did gave me a decent profit. ICOs before are profitable and many projects are doing well. During the hype I was able to earn from it but I really can't remember how much it is since few years already passed.

Currently I prefer to focus investing in Bitcoin and other established alts. It doesn't matter even it takes long period to gain as long as they're unlikely to turn shitcoins in the future.

I think a lot of people will disagree with you that Luna is one of the altcoin that will make you rich or bring you good profit. A lot of people see a dead project in Luna with low chances of recovering. The trick with Luna is following imo - now its price goes up to show that things are getting better, but as soon a lot of people sits in a train called "Luna recovery", those who still hold a lot of Luna, will sell and crush Luna again. Old Luna investors just wait for new blood to come to Luna.

Bounties and airdrops are profitable in the 2017 and early 2018. But if you are saying that you made a lot of money in that project then good for you.

I guess the early projects really made a lot of money, from Ethereum to Doge to BNB in 2018. This projects are solid in the beginning. But for me the project that brought me huge money, but not necessarily millionaire is ADA. I have been a long term investors of this project because I believed on Chris and he really delivered and up to know they are still very much active in developing the said project.

no one will want to go into the same hole after the last crash. remember that market manipulation can be done by whales.
but if you feel Luna will give you big profits rest assured and hold on to your coins until you really get what you want, maybe a big loss is not a big gain.

i congratulate you on getting a large amount from following the bounty.
but i have a little advice for you.
if you get a fairly large amount of bounty results, set aside some of your money to invest in the most popular top coins from the past until now.
so that one day when you continue to buy the coin and hold it for the long term, you will feel the benefits of investing and also get the result of the bounty. so your profit will be doubled

Anyone who said they are a millionaire on this thread is probably lying.  Why set yourself up to continually be harassed by scammers looking for an easy payout.  The real crypto millionaires kept quiet and to themselves the whole while participating in this community.  Why shout out your personal gains on this board?

I am yet to hit millions in dollars but Uni, Cake, Woof, Ubix bake and few others gave me thousands of dollars, I sold some too early which made me to hold some as in diamond hands and they would later dump badly on me. No regret though  we learn from our mistake to avoid them in the future. I got the tokens from been very active in a crypto community. I bought all with my money except UNI which came as an airdrop.

you decide to buy HEX because you trust someone you don't know, and you think it will make you rich. If you do not research carefully but only buy according to other people's opinions, you only lose money. Don't go back to blaming him if you don't reach your goal later on because you don't have any investment perspective.

It was trusting someone blindly. Op took the chance and was lucky to have succeeded. Crypto is a lucky business, not everyone gets the same thing eventhough they are doing the same thing. There are people who have lost alot of money following such steps and advice from strangers. Also, not everyone has made money in crypto. Am yet to make anything from cryptocurrency to show there is money in cryptos. Am still struggling to fully understand how to make money from it by buying low priced tokens and getting lucky selling them at their peak price. Most times I get lucky buying but unlucky selling at the top and in small profits.

I believe it was because Sovryn was using a different network so that made me sure at the time.
3. Why are you still holding or why you sold
now I no longer hold it because I think the price will go down and my prediction is correct. and I'm selling it because I've got quite a lot of money.
