You can't have an option of both safe and fast since different exchanges have their own advantages and disadvantages.

The most safest to buy Monero is using decentralized exchanges, but lack of liquidity e.g. Bisq.

The most fast to buy Monero is using popular centralized exchanges, but lack of privacy since they record your IP, email etc and foremost collect your KYC e.g. Binance, Kucoin, FTX.

As I have been mentioned above, KuCoin still can record your IP address, email, password, real name etc. You may say you could create an account with random names, but the you will against their TOS if they will ask your KYC. Many people do often use same email and password for their personal and exchanges, this will leak your privacy. More over the IP address, they will know your location, you can't use Tor to access KuCoin.

Another option is to find someone from the forum and trade with him directly. Of course with the use of an escrow, the deal will make it easier and more secure. Only choose the escrow that has a good reputation, most of them are on this list. (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2439910.0)

Hi guys, just a tip if you dosent already knew about it.

I found it on Google. It is amazing good. the fees are very very low, not over 2%.
I tried first a small ammount then a bigger both worked.
How I did.
I did order monero from the website, and i paid with bitcoin.

I would warn other members to be careful if you plan to use this exchange, because there's already multiple scam accusations can be found in this forum.

1. 2,5 BTC ($100K) SCAM Changenow exchange
2. ChangeNow.io (Evercode Lab) - Scam. Illegally holding of 100 BCH (11 bitcoins).
3. Changenow.io selective scamming

Maybe your transaction are small, so they're not blocking your transaction and holding your funds. But take a look with the above accusations I have been posted, the amount is at least 2 BTC above.

Still not worth the risk. Avoid Changenow as it's one of those controversial services that has complaints when it comes to freezing funds.

Funny thing is that ChangeNow is listed on Kycnot.me with a score of 7/10, but then they say this about ChangNow's KYC policy:

ChangeNOW is a non-custodial crypto-to-crypto exchange where you can trade a large number of coins quickly, conveniently, registration-free, and without any limits. Although it normally does not require KYC it could be that one of your transactions is marked as suspicious and then they will require you a KYC procedure. The suspicious transaction detection system is not public so we can't know what may trigger this. You can get a refund to your address if you don't want to provide your information (without KYC).

As for some of ChangeNow's "scam accusations" I suspect they largely stem from their use of blockchain analysis to blacklist UTXOs.  It's really quite odd that exchanges will pay for a service that only results in alienating their customer base.

It's worth noting that the only exchange listed with a perfect score (10/10) is Bisq.  Not surprising, due to the way bisq works it's quite likely the safest p2p exchange in existence.

Europe is one of the easiest places to buy crypto in general.
There are even online banks where you can simply open an account and transfer money to exchanges like Coinbase and Uphold.
