You should have an online live support system in your site. and arrange for instant message replies on live support. Discord support is an annoying thing to use. live support will make your support system so easy. And everyone will feel comfortable using it.

For support, it is not good because not all users have Discord account and not all of them install their Discord on phones or computers. With Discord, you can use directly on web browser but you can use it on desktop application and mobile application. If not all users have it on their devices, support on Discord will be bad for them.

If you force your users to create a Discord account, install the app one their devices, you are create inconvenience for them.

As a general matter, I don't think discord is a good medium to communicate with your clients. Despite the fact that discord is a powerful tool for community management, many people do not use it at all. A ticketing system and, if possible, live chat support for your casino website should be your top priority. Even if you are unable to develop your own customer support system, there are many online tools and software (many of which are free) that can help you with that. For example, Zendesk is one of the most popular customer service software applications available. You should really give this a serious look.

This can mean anything. One post in the forum doesn't necessarily mean that the account is already malicious. There are still some people out there that only reads things on this forum and doesn't join the discussions until they have to. This could be the case for the user, but then again if you found out that they have been doing something malicious, it's a good thing that you respond fast to their queries.

I will not comment if he was involved in suspicious activity or not as i do not have details about it but if he has only one post in this forum, that should not be a concern for you as not all gamblers are active on this forum. I think there is some confusion here between the terms 'fair' and 'provably fair'. 'Provably fair' is an industry standard that is popular with bitcoin casinos. It uses hashed values that allows the player to check the results of each roll/play of a game. This article will probably explain it better than i can, but its really more about trust then fairness.

Most online casinos out there(especially fiat casinos) operate games that do not adhere to the 'provably fair' standard. They simply use a random number generator to create the result. We are no different to them in this case. The games can still be fair, but it does mean you have to trust the third party/casino(trust that they are not manipulating the results). Provably fair games need to be programmed specifically to adhere to the standard, and means you do not need to put your trust in the third party/casino.

So just to be clear our games are indeed fair and just as fair as any other casino, but at this moment they do not adhere to the 'provably fair' standard. This is something
