I play via mobile and it looks normal no problems when I play some other games, I just think the interface is a little less elegant but maybe it can be leveled up in the future.

maybe you also need to put an faq section, and put some kind of tutorials on how to use the lightning network, or links related to it that users can read. because let's admit, not many players are familiar with the use of LN, hence, they still prefer the conventional way of payment method like using btc native network and other alts.
i believe, the LN adoption is slow because most trading platforms as well are not integrating the btc LN.

How would you know that it is me who join the discord group and l guess you will ask what is your username on the site. Right?. The site does have term of use, privacy & policy and I forgot to tell that the site doesn't have FAQ. Most gambling sites have FAQ to avoid answering the same question repeatedly.

I believe the devs were considering using S , but it looked too similar with $. Definitely something we would like to add at some point though.

A tutorial will be a good idea I think. You will need a lightning enabled wallet to make withdrawals. WalletOfSatoshi and phoenix wallet are our recommendations.

To prove that it is the same script is simply by checking the terms of use, privacy policy, or provably fair page as all sites using the same script will have exactly the same information. There’s only few information available in the website and I remember only 6 games is available and all of them are developed by them. There are no 3rd party games listed there which might be the reason for this maintenance to add more games since the casino is very plain and simple. The casino is running branch maintenance and they are being simple and original. I believed they should have waited a little longer and fixed everything before launch. Needless of being in a haste to launch. Many people are not patient in this space, hence they visit your site once and doesn't get the desired result, they might never return again.

Whenever I see No KYC, to be on a safer side, I personally assume that KYC would still be needed in some cases as suspicious activities or big winnings. No matter how it is presented, kyc is part of gambling sites that are duly registered and licensed.

Meaning you will be able to come and deposit a few satoshis at a game, play directly and payout without ever needing to sign up or sign in. If you close your browser, your session should be ok if you refresh it (we will clarify such things closer to release of that feature)

Even myself would definitely be preferring on using emails yet most of the time i do create an email for the sole purpose of making register on gambling sites which i wouldnt really be that forgetting it easily

Our games are not currently provably fair. We had a meeting with our devs on the weekend to see how long it would take to integrate this but I don't foresee it being released this year unfortunately. There is more technical such as invoice, network and of course, must integrate with full bitcoin node, so if the website server is like potatoes, there be a lack. and It should need more employees than a website without a lightning network, so it needs more budget for pay salary. For support, it is not good because not all users have Discord account and not all of them install their Discord on phones or computers. As a general matter, I don't think discord is a good medium to communicate with your clients. Despite the fact that discord is a powerful tool for community management, many people do not use it at all. A ticketing system and, if possible, live chat support for your casino website should be your top priority. Even if you are unable to develop your own customer support system, there are many online tools and software (many of which are free) that can help you with that. For example, Zendesk is one of the most popular customer service software applications available. You should really give this a serious look.

This can mean anything. One post in the forum doesn't necessarily mean that the account is already malicious. There are still some people out there that only reads things on this forum and doesn't join the discussions until they have to. This could be the case for the user, but then again if you found out that they have been doing something malicious, it's a good thing that you respond fast to their queries.

I think there is some confusion here between the terms 'fair' and 'provably fair'. 'Provably fair' is an industry standard that is popular with bitcoin casinos. It uses hashed values that allows the player to check the results of each roll/play of a game. This article will probably explain it better than i can, but its really more about trust then fairness.

Most online casinos out there(especially fiat casinos) operate games that do not adhere to the 'provably fair' standard. They simply use a random number generator to create the result. We are no different to them in this case. The games can still be fair, but it does mean you have to trust the third party/casino(trust that they are not manipulating the results). Provably fair games need to be programmed specifically to adhere to the standard, and means you do not need to put your trust in the third party/casino.

So just to be clear our games are indeed fair and just as fair as any other casino, but at this moment they do not adhere to the 'provably fair' standard. This is something

According to their latest announcement and their road map,  they are still working on adding some features such as the Signup-less feature and the in-house provably fair game which is supposed to be completed by the end of this year. I dont have any problems on the current set-up of the site when it comes to LN integration but there's only one thing that you should mind off or at least make out some changes and thats about the design.

A gambling license shows the legitimacy of their business. They will violate the law and could subject to pay some fines if they are found to be illegally operating. As a user, you don't want to play on un-licensed websites because your security will also be at risk. Gambling websites need to implement KYC because it is required to comply with the AMLC. The AMLC makes sure that their platform is not being used in criminal activities.

Is license now a requirement before you can apply for a gaming provider? This site promises a no kyc so having a license could revise that promise they made and many will be disappointed because I think many will choose to gamble in a no kyc casino site more than to a site that has a provider games but requires a kyc.

Regarding third party games. We do have some suppliers, and we will look to add more games in the future. However the problem with 3rd party games is that they are not provably fair.

The overwhelming response from the community on launch was that provably fair games should be a top priority (see earlier posts from khaled0111, cryptomaniac_xxx, dothebeats, Bitinity,Loyce and others). This makes sense as there needs to be some way of ensuring trust between the user and casino. The traditional way for this was via a third party regulator, but as we are not going in that direction provably fair technology is the only way for us to ensure creditability.

Provably fair games have to be developed in house, hence why casinos only have a handful (stake has 14, owl.games has 3, duckdice has 2) or they don't have any at all. It does cost a lot of in-house resources and time to do it, but it is worth it in the long run, and for us it is vital so we can ensure the trust.

Too late to give a feedback and encouraging words since this casino is already closing/already close due to poor software development on the game that result to bug on the game. About KYC suggestion, This casino supposed to be offering decentralized games which means they didn’t planned to add KYC on there website.
