Thanks for an honest answer on what’s your future plans and goal for the casino. Your last update about no account to play is interesting and somehow erased the concern about the license. Regarding third party games. We do have some suppliers, and we will look to add more games in the future. However the problem with 3rd party games is that they are not provably fair.

The overwhelming response from the community on launch was that provably fair games should be a top priority (see earlier posts from khaled0111, cryptomaniac_xxx, dothebeats, Bitinity,Loyce and others). This makes sense as there needs to be some way of ensuring trust between the user and casino. The traditional way for this was via a third party regulator, but as we are not going in that direction provably fair technology is the only way for us to ensure creditability.

Provably fair games have to be developed in house, hence why casinos only have a handful (stake has 14, owl.games has 3, duckdice has 2) or they don't have any at all. It does cost a lot of in-house resources and time to do it, but it is worth it in the long run, and for us it is vital so we can ensure the trust.

Once we have our first flagship provably fair game established, we will look to expand the choice of 3rd party games, and develop more provably fair games in house.

Since macaw.casino developers have no plans to add games from new providers in the future, and they are going to add a game developed from scratch on their own in Q4, I think they have no plans to obtain a gambling license, in any case, such intentions are not heard from them.

Wont really be that bad on having no license as long they do give out the best service on where gamblers could actually experience because license isnt everything if we do base up about legitimacy.

I did not read your story but I'm not surprised if this site turned to be scam because many people predicted it already including me. We should aware to any casino using the same script/software as this one, we are warned many times already about this, we have seen many sites (with the same script) became scam eventually. Casinos with cheap script proves that the owner do not really own decent amount of money as a gambling house.

The user is only a newbie and can not show images.

However, if the user posts with image links, we can see images in his post history or some members will help to quote his post with image links to show the images for everyone to see.

I just visited this site, as previously, I didn't have any experience with it. Your theme and layout are beautiful. Seriously it is different from the other sites. However, I would suggest you make KYC policy mandatory, Because it's for the safety of the members as well as the sit3e as well. However, Good luck with your site.

Too late to give a feedback and encouraging words since this casino is already closing/already close due to poor software development on the game that result to bug on the game. About KYC suggestion, This casino supposed to be offering decentralized games which means they didn’t planned to add KYC on there website.

We investigated a little deeper over the last few days and realized the issue was ultimately down to a bug in the software. We take back all accusations of fraud of the customer and we apologize for the bad handling of the situation.

We have settled with Juan in private. As part of the settlement, we will make a small donation to the make-a-wish foundation on the customers behalf.

Due to the poor software and low customer interest, Macaw will be closing its doors for the foreseeable future.
