Just wanna warn you. I used this service a long time and everything was running fine but then one of my transaction was successfully exchanged but is still shown as "processing". I started a new exchange because the old one was completed for me but the new exchange from BTC to XMR is still not processing since 24-06-2022.

I tried to contact the support several times from different email adresses but there's no reaction.

wait, so there was already an issue on your previous transaction but you still decided to start a new one? anyway, I found a Facebook page that says "bitswap" but it was riddled with fake reviews, other than that I can't really find any information about the website(which I always think is suspicious).

have you tried contacting them on their kakao talk account?

No, he says the previous transaction was successful, so he made another one right after, which ended up not getting processed

I was not familiar with the TLD until I checked whois database. The site is two years old and I do not think this should be a factor to trust them either. How reputed they are in their targeted audience?

I think OP does not want to post his addresses in public domain. XMR users are sometimes paranoid about their privacy or OP would go with better options like reputed crypto exchanges. Interestingly in the partner section for BitSwap, I see Binance which gives me a tick that they use Binance to exchange coins.

This is why I never consider swap services that claiming to be decentralized is fully 100% decentralized, if it's decentralized, how can your transactions isn't delivered to you and seems they're holding your coins just like how centralized exchanges hold on their hot wallet.

After visiting their "How it works" page, it's quite clear that they're just an exchange/swap aggregator, so you should try contacting the platforms that are listed as their partners [even though they're clearly lying about having a partner] and see if they have anything to do with the swap in question.
Note: I'm not implying that I'm ruling out the possibility of them being a bunch of scammers!

I have successfully received the first exchange-amount of the previous order but the status was still shown as "processing". I thought it takes a few minutes to update the status so I opened the next trade.
When I click on the KakaoTalk button it says that the chat room was deleted.

That's sad to know.

I personally suggest you make a proper scam accusation. What Kind of support goes silent for over 2 weeks with no clue on when your money is going to get sent, that's if there is even a chance.

UPDATE: They sent me a reply to my email on 12/16/2024 (3 months delay to my last email reply, 2-3 years after my first support request) which included the transaction id of the outgoing tx. I didn't mention it until now. So I tried to enter the tx hash to one of the wallets which I could have used (it doesn't sync the full blockchain so I have to enter the tx id of every incoming transaction bv hand). And it worked! I was able to get my funds back, unbelievable. I'm so confused, but happy  Grin

Glad to hear you've now been able to recover your funds. You can change the topic title and add "RESOLVED" at the beginning of the title.

Their support was indeed extremely slow in providing you with the transaction ID, and if they continue this behavior, people will use other alternative platforms instead, as they could have spared you all this waiting.

It’s good that you kept trying and didn’t give up until you managed to obtain the transaction hash in question and meet their requirements.

I am glad you got back your funds, that the amount of time you had to wait for the issue to be resolved is crazy! 3 years is no joke. I hope you stopped using the service but supposing you urgently needed the funds for something very important. Would they have compensated you for the delay?
