Good afternoon, I hereby request a loan.  As we have no collateral to present, we are willing to mortgage a part of our project, it is one of the solutions to make it viable.  Please do not condemn our action or our loan request as we are trying our best.

 Adonx Exchanger is a CEX, with unique features, the project was architected 1 years ago, and has been developed in the last few months, we are in the final pre-launch phase.  We have faced many challenges, but we are not willing to give up.  Adonx is the platform's token is an ERC-20 with a supply of 21 million tokens.

 We did an ICO, and an IEO, with low participation in 2021, in which we raised approximately 20ETH, in total we sold about 300k Adonx tokens.  The funds have been used to fund the platform.

 The proposal then is as follows, we can provide the following conditions as an investment or loan.

 5BTC/100000USDT loan for a period of one year with a waiting period of 6 months, as below:

 Loan Amount: 5wBTC/100000USDT

 Reason for Taking out a Loan: Business Adonx CEX( launching in a few days from loan)

 Amount to be repaid: Same amount in BTC + the fees and interest to agree upon in BTC

 Repayment Date: after 6 months as follows:
 January 1.10BTC + 25000 Adonx
 Febuary 1.10BTC + 25000 Adonx
 March   1.10BTC + 25000 Adonx
 April       1.10BTC + 25000 Adonx
 May       1.10BTC + 25000 Adonx

 Type of Collateral: Adonx 2500000 (12% Supply)
 wBTC Address for loan (5BTC): 0xF0d71c4BA1aE0bd305dCD28f00c8EAC118eaDc71 (our smartcontract address for usdt/wBTC)

 Adonx Address (return after loan (2375000 Adonx)): 0xF0d71c4BA1aE0bd305dCD28f00c8EAC118eaDc71



 Repaying earlier keeps interest ie 0.50BTC Interest plus 125000 Adonx, If the funds have not been paid on the respective date/order, you have the consent and right to partially or fully liquidate the total amount of 2500000 Adonx.

 Please note that we ask for a waiting period of 6 months to consolidate the platform in the market. The funds will be used for launch marketing, fund the platform in the waiting period.

 In addition to these advantages, we offer the investment/loan a percentage of our business/volume/fees, 5% until we clear off the loan (for loan) and for investor 5% not limited to be paid monthly.

Hello alterra57, thanks for the your feedback, I understand the risks, regarding run away, we are here, as always in the lows, and highs, we already have faced hard times due low resours, but we have and will not abandon the ship, what ever it takes. There is must be something have valued  as universal  not based Your opinion (Your tokens.

There total 10% interest for  6month,  totally huge.  doesn't   You better get  some loan  to  bank? You can get less interest.

If you're focus  on  looking some fund, You should be find an investor not lending.

this seems to be much more optimistic than it is realistic. From zero to 1.1+ BTC monthly in just a few months is quite an unrealistic expectation.
Also, what is the worth of the Adonx token? The ICO price is never a real relation to the true value, it is always at least 3-5x overestimated. Plus this token needs to be appealing and interesting to investors. Collecting "only" 20ETH through ICO does not give promising potential.

The 5BTC are not only for marketing, is also to support platform the firsts months. We are asking for a waiting period, to consolidate our business and proceed to the payments. Also we plan to do a last sell off for 1month agaist a wall like yobit does.

Yes, script coins will be supported along with bitcoin clones, also we plan to focus on private coins as they are undervalued

Risk is from your product: code, security, features, UI.

Risk is from competitive exchange market. Lot of exchanges are your competitors.

Security is important because you can improve your UI, products, raise fund but if in mean time, your exchange get hacked because of bad security, your team will bite dust and you will not be able to repay your loan.

Security is important because you can improve your UI, products, raise fund but if in mean time, your exchange get hacked because of bad security, your team will bite dust and you will not be able to repay your loan.

Platform it's being desing with security issues in the first place, I can tell you for example that in terms of scaling the platform we will have no problems, we can even beat many large exchangers in this requirement.
