News Updates worth mentioning:

• Android Wallet Beta is getting ready to be moved to a full release as-is. This build has proven very stable. I'm currently working on a feature release that I hoped would have been done last Friday, but its taking longer. Look for it later this week or early next week
• Work is being done on a much-needed update to the main website http://sexcoin.info. I don't have an ETA right now, but there is significant movement.
• The debate for Merge mining is still active. Please continue to voice opinions!
• This is a shameless plug for the Lavapit. Sexcoin ONLY mining right now. Pool fee is at 1%. Payout threshold is set at 100SXC. For some full-featured alternatives, look at the OP.
• It seems the eye-candy we've been enjoying is under scrutiny( hence this thread ). Waiting to see how this shakes out. Please express your support to Timelord2067.

Maybe a "Show NSFW/Adult Content" check box on sexcoin.info-Features-Homepage could help, as my last atttempt to get the wallet into GooglePlay failed, because of their issues, the current Homepage is linking into NSFW-content, and the coin could help sexual encounters, which might be not legal in some countries.

Currently my SeXCoin-domains are linked into some free webspace by frame. I'd love to redirect (301) them to sexcoin.info, if the android-wallet & FAUCET-links are on Features-Homepage or point it into better webspace. sexcoin.wiki will be switched into a new provider June 2016 with webspace on my own.

Was just wonder if anyone has detailed instructions on how to install sexcoin wallet on mac and the android client?

NEW Sexcoin Android Wallet

Because Sexcoin Wallet is not on GooglePlay, you'll need to set your device to install from untrusted sources.
Once installed, you can change that setting back.

Download the .apk here. (link removed because this version is deprecated)


Instructions for users of the old wallet: BACK UP YOUR KEYS!!!

• If your current version is [Pre-0.10.6], the signing key is new for this app, so you'll have to uninstall the old one first.
• If your version is 0.10.6 or above, backup your keys( for safety ). The install will perform an in-place upgrade. Users of these versions do not have to do steps marked "[Pre-0.10.6]"

IF YOU UNINSTALL BEFORE YOU BACK UP YOUR KEYS, YOUR COINS ARE GONE!!!!

So....BACK UP YOUR KEYS!!

Drop the main menu and select "Back up keys"
Select "backup private keys"
Set the password.
Dismiss the archive dialog

Tips:

• For the initial download I set a trusted peer, one that has a good network transfer rate, and select "skip Regular Peer Discovery".
  This will insure that you download your blocks from one good node quickly. After the initial download is complete, turn Regular Peer Discovery back on.
• While the block chain is initializing, it sometimes appears to hang, this is normal behavior and should resume after about 30 seconds to a minute.
• Test your wallet with a small amount of coins, but not so small it gets counted as dust. I use between 2 and 100 coins.
• If you are using [Pre-0.10.8], I would take advantage of the 'Delete Logs' feature. Its under the main menu.

This build, although much improved, is still considered new. DONT trust large amounts of coin with it until we can all see it in the wild for some time.

I have not been able to test NFC or Bluetooth features, if anyone can I'd appreciate the effort with some feedback.
