No, not at all, but maybe some.

There is a lot of scammer inside the crypto community and some of them make money very easy by doing some sort of sketchy project they offered to the community, and most of the new token never survived and many of them are easily dead, instead of investing in new altcoins, find a better alts that are sleeping giant with a good platform, mostly they didn't yet catch the attention with the investors.

new coin Will be place to speculate investors money,alot of them hope it could give huge retrun only in short time. With relatively higher risk but higher profit potency , its worth to do. Maybe I have my own point of view in the crypto market. If market conditions are down, or a bear market is in progress, then most new projects are very difficult to develop. Unlike the bull market, whatever crypto is developed, it will be successful, at least there is a price change after launch.
