Yes, I too believe Fengshui is for luck. Chinese people have different beliefs and they stand out from the rest of the world. Gambling is nothing an exception. Here the Fengshui is a luck factor same as that laughing Buddha is being placed everywhere so to get good business. If we dig the history we can see something interesting behind these activities.

Buddha has done so much to find God - but people have. made Buddha their God. Which is a different kind of belief.

I'm not an expert on Fengshui, but if a casino is really arranged by the laws of Fengshui, wouldn't all the gamblers playing in that casino become lucky.

As long  you dont hurt others or making yourself hurt or something in between two then i dont see anything wrong with it.People are just too judgemental on what others been doing.

After all, these people that use lucky stuff take care of their bankroll. Why other people should bother with that?

Each of us has the right to believe in what he likes, but personally I am skeptical of both feng shui and all sorts of talismans that bring good luck. I am sure that man's luck does not depend on his faith, but faith can have a positive effect on self-discipline, which in turn can affect the choices that a person makes. This is the only thing I see as an advantage of believing in this or that belief, which cannot be proven by experience.

I just know that feng shui is not only about lucky symbols but also about the position or layout of something. For example, if a person wants to play gambling and he uses feng shui, he will learn first which position will help him to be able to get positive energy that can give him hope to win.

This is not to get lucky but just to tell the position where he can gamble. For example, from feng shui information, he knows that if he faces east, he can get good luck and follow it. But still, this is not to lure luck into coming. But I don't really know about feng shui.

I know some of this in our small local poker room. Like the doors should be in the right place and the tables must be facing the right direction.
The manager explained why but I cannot remember the detailed reasons anymore and all I could recall is it was about feng shui.
As a Filipino being influenced by Chinese traditions, we have lots of approaches in-house for good luck but I have not much when it comes to gambling.
One that I mostly do before playing the game is washing hands, keeping it clean will avoid bad luck from coming in, or you will have a good start.
But that's only for physical gambling, I don't do it anymore ever since I played online.

there is no loss if they try extending their luck in business so why not give it  a shot, but this does not mean they are totally believing about what fengshui can bring , though in my own experiences ? there are also some clients  of mine that totally trusting in this belief and yes , they believe that this will give them luck and will make them rich in some point.
but if you think this will help? then why not since luck is all we needed in gambling and nothing more.

In this case, it is clear for the Chinese community itself that Feng Shui is something that is considered sacred because this is indeed a legacy from their previous ancestors which is used to regulate all forms of action wherever and whenever there is hope that there will be harmony there.
This is indeed quite good for people who believe because with this they will have a suggestion to themselves that with good Feng Shui they can become lucky. but in this case it is possible only for people who believe in such a thing.

You know that people are really that different where there are some who do really love to engage nor really loves to criticize on someone who are opposing into things that they are believing into,
thats why they would say negative things instead of ignoring them yet as mentioned that they have done nothing wrong plus its their money that had been spent so its not on our business
to say on how they would really be handling theirselves when they do gambling Fengshui or gestures might really be that common on some players but there's no proof that these
things could really make out some effect or alteration on someones luck.

And gambling is in the blood of Chinese people as they are a very old civilization and that's why they were able to come up with everything, not just in gambling beliefs but throughout history they have a footprint on it.

So no wonder even the West believes in so many superstitions that originated from China and then adapt them to attract the number gambling people in the world.

A friend had his apartment setup with a ying and yang approach, so not using any edges or squares, everything has to be round and a fixed place to get the most positive energy out of it. I am not really believing all of this, but it makes a little sense now. I noticed myself that casinos are build up like a long maze with no real start and finish, it's like a flow of water that keeps on moving, you can spend hours and hours in a casino walking around. The design seems similar to adventure parks where you want to let the guest feel excitement all along the way and the whole design is buildup to make everything feel bigger that it is in reality.

I think the casino design you're talking about is built in such a way not only for the purpose of developing space for Feng Shui and more for marketing purposes because if you enjoy being in such an atmosphere, wander the halls of the casino at times interrupting their journey by various games is likely no matter how successful your game day you will return to the institution again.

Yes, this is an interesting marketing and at the same time philosophical decision. 

Gambling involves winning or losing the player.  At the same time, the main emphasis in them is on the process of the game, and not on the result.  This is what feng shui principles are for. 

A casino is a place where time flows, but is not fixed.  It is like a fairy tale, the hero of which spent 30 years in the fairy kingdom, and when he left it, he was amazed that all the inhabitants of his village had grown old. 

However, he himself did not feel the passage of time.  This is the essence of the casino. 

No wonder there are no clocks in any casino.  The clock distracts the player from the "endless" process of the game.

It was mountainous terrain where i gambled and there were figures of dragons. Now i understand better why this happened. The casino located in the middle of the mountainous terrain, symbolized the protection of the turtle. The dragon symbolizes protection. These two examples reflect wealth and protection in the subconscious. I think energy is important in gambling. Casinos use these methods to create a perception in people's brains and keep their beliefs fresh. But remember, the table always wins. Although they encourage us with various energies in gambling know yourself well and do not become addicted.

I think that Feng Shui is based on good design, nice airflow, etc. All those things are real, of course. But the notion that there are bad or good energies is not really scientific.

I think Feng Shui might be considered as a basic explanation for why some places feel better than others, but we do have better tools in science that describe those flows in much more detail, interior design usually uses those tools to create amazing indoor spaces.
