If bounty participants get paid with the coins or tokens they develop, there is a high or zero price possibility. But if they pay with stablecoins, the value is definite but low. It's hard to know which project will go well and the price can increase once we hold it for a long time. But that doesn't mean it doesn't exist. I think do your job, and follow most of the projects, and one of them will succeed and make you rich.

its depend on our own decision in which part we will join. Bounty with token payment will make us rich but it will not make us poor , maybe we only spend useless time and energy when it become failed. Meanwhile in stable coins , it give us certain certainity on how much money we will accept for this work. No possibility we will get huge reward someday.

As we have seen in the bounty section, very rare that you can see a project that really did get their value in the market.
This is why, most of the time, the bounty hunters are just wasting their time and resources.
But if you are willing to take a risk when it comes to bounty program, better dig the background of the project itself.
Assess if the project has the possibility to take off and they have funds to push thru the project.
Most bounty projects are failed because they have no sufficient funds to move forward.

if from personal experience I choose a good bounty by finding out and choosing a good network on the bounty project such as the BTC, ETH or BNB network.

I also choose a bounty that is done or run by a trusted manager and already has a good name or has not gotten a bad score in running a bounty project.

Right, right now it's hard to tell the difference between good and bad bounties, I have participated in a signature campaign for more than 3 months and made 10 posts per week but didn't get paid, many bounty managers chose to leave because they saw the bad bounty conditions, as participants we certainly don't relying too much on bounties, only an hour's interlude when online.

Better yet, you should only participate in bounty campaigns managed by a reputation manager, or bounty campaigns with escrow. Reputation managers research and evaluate projects before they decide to manage them, so if you participate in these campaigns, you will reduce a part of the risk such as: not getting paid after the end of the campaign, as the project's success or not depends on the project, and the manager cannot decide.

Nowadays better receiving payment using stable coins like BUSD or USDT than received payment with altcoin, have gambling way when receiving payment with altcoin because possibility get lower price or get higher price depending with potential project or not. But almost right now all bounty when receiving payment with altcoin price drop drastically and reward drop under 100% like Nody and Trophy bounty campaign. Maybe based on opinion better with stable coins than receiving payment reward from bounty campaign with altcoin although have potential one day later price will up drastically, but less of bounty project will running for long time because after success listing on market looks not any new development again.

The best bountys in my opinion are the ones that pay in bitcoin, ethereum or stable coins. With all others, the risk is very high that you get bounty coins that have no value. This has happened to me very often. That's why my interest in such bountys is very low. Lol Bounty is not like gambling. bounty is a form of employment where hunters receive some reward in return for their work. Gambling is where investments are made and where there is a chance of high profits and losses in a short period of time. So how do you compare bounty with gambling ?

Not many, most of them are projects that have not been listed on any exchange.
The projects that launch the bounty campaign are those that are in the ICO sale phase and they need to raise capital, that's why there are so many projects that fail and don't pay the hunters.
Being listed on the exchange also does not guarantee that the token has value, a lot of tokens are dumped as soon as they are listed on the exchange and then it becomes a useless token.

everything depend on developers team , will they pay us with token or coins.each of them have possibilities and its own benefit or disadvabtages.paying with stable coin give us more protecting about reward value no matter its token price dumped or not, we dont care about.

That is indeed a good guideline but even bounties by reputable managers have ended up in scam before (not the fault of the managers offcourse). It is not because a bounty forfills all the requirements that it would still be interesting to do it; I have the impression that 95% of all bounties nowadays are not really worth it (payment too low).

What you describe are benefits and are preferred by members when choosing between a good manager or a no-name manager.

Having well-known and experienced managers in bounty campaigns only means that you will receive your reward when the conditions of the bounty campaign are met. This doesn't guarantee that the tokens received as a reward will not depreciate in the future or will be worth nothing at all.

If you want to be aware of the appearance of good bounty campaigns and not waste time searching among the many dubious campaigns, then I can recommend that follow the announcements of the start of new bounty campaigns from well-known managers with a good reputation, for example, in the history of creating new topics or in their telegram channels.

Actually it is not too easy to find out. I have seen that many quality full managers are unable to find out scam project. Only number of members on social media isn't the way to seem legit project. We have to find out the legality of the project, what is the project actually and for which purpose, what is the real world value of it, project roadmap & white paper, legitimation of team members, physical office address and so on can help to find out projects that which are good or not.

I think it was the opposite. This new generation is supposed to be better because there are now lots of information scattered online to know if a project is a scam or not. If they did pay then they aren't really that bad but bad bounties are those who are scams and doesn't pay anything to their workers while it's not possible for a good bounty to not pay their participants because the reputation that they already built are going to be affected.

They won't sacrifice it for some amount because they can always recover soon what they have paid for. We are now in a bear market but the one that is affected is only the price and should not be the rate of the hunters and the quality of the project.

It's true that it's not easy to find good bounties with decent pay, most of the bounties in circulation end up being scams. Even according to
the results of my monitoring, choosing bounties where the bounty manager is qualified and reliable does not guarantee that we will avoid
project scams. So we really have to rely on ourselves to do research and analysis, to choose which projects have good potential. Actually,
for now we can't have high hopes that bounties can be a good source of income. Therefore, when participating in the bounties, don't expect
too high, because what comes next we will be disappointed in the end. Make bounties as a side job, so if the bounties we follow are not as
we expected, then we will be easier to accept.
