How to know a good bounty

Bounties are not the way to make any money, they will not be respecting your work at all. Projects do not care about some "promise" they made, we all know that they didn't do that because they care about you or anything like that, they did it because they prefer it this way. So, I believe that we shouldn't be really shocked to learn that most of the bounties would fail. Because, they didn't care.

If you can find people who actually do give a damn about the participants, and you see them contacting and chatting with them and actually showing care and like what they are doing, maybe then you could find yourself something that could actually work.

What I to say about care, how the project will care about participants who mostly come for scam purpose. But I also won't say that you can't earn from bounty at all. But I think it is currently the lowest quality way to make money. Even then if you saw the campaign comes from reputable bounty manager and also escrowed pool then you can take a chance for it .

If you check a previous record about the bounty manager then you can easily know about the bounty that is it good bounty or not. Nothing can you know without investigation so investigate before you are deciding anything. There are so many fake bounties which do not reward anything to its users so know carefully about the team and manager of bounty.

There is no fixed way to know a good bounty to participate, you must do your own analysis to know whether the project provided the bounty is good or not. But if you want to get a big chance to get paid at the end of your bounty work, just choose the bounty managed by a trusted bounty manager and the payment is escrowed already. As far as I know this is the only way to secure our bounty payment.

Yes, in fact, many bounty programs failed to pay their participants because of:
- Scam projects
- Failedrojectstot he market
- Toen has been sent to participants, but never listed on exchanges
- Token price drops and dump drastically sooner after the listing.
These are very often tohappen.
that is why the ebst bounty is the one that use fixed payment with top coins, moroever BTC.

Escrow is usually used in signature companies with payment in bitcoins. And such companies are really the best of those that are held at the forum. If you see that the manager is conducting a campaign with payment in a new token that is not yet traded, then escrow only guarantees that you will receive your tokens, and not that you will receive a profit.

Then you need to stop joining bounty since many of the bounty that we have now are not that sure or any guarantee that participants might get paid. I could remember I join a bounty at my early stage in this forum and I never get paid. So complained as a participant but they result was they are going to fix it and pay us but never see anything till now. Doing bounty could be a waste of time if you join the wrong project because many of those projects are big scam.

Generally bounties don't do this, they'll pay you for sure. But the only problems when they fail to pay is either when they are unable to reach their softcap and have to return money to the investors or when they are able to hit the softcap but are unable to list the coin on some reputable platform. In both the cases you'll get paid but yes the payment that you will receive will be worthless only.

No not most of them pay for bounty work done. At least 80% of them end up not paying, I have been in bounty in the past to see hell of series of disappointment going on in bounty hunting. The situation doesn't encourage serious work there except sometimes you can be lucky with project already exchange and you get very little amount of reward that is nothing to your effort.

Since then there have actually been bounties that don't pay participants who worked to promote it. Now if you want to join the bounty campaign projects that you want to actually get paid, the Bounty Managers you apply for should be @icopress, @Hampuz, @Darkstar, @julerz and others who have a high rank here on the forum and there are green trusts because that is an advantage, then there are definitely escrows as well, although this is only optional.

Then also read the whitepaper that a new project campaign has or the roadmap, then the pages that they have, see if the community is established or not because if it's just a little bit, you should think a little bit before you enter. And also check their management team and the address where it is located.

Look at the bounty manager is the first thing to do, most bounty managers I know they escrowing the bounty funds so at least there will be a high chance that we can get paid. But not every project has a good coin price since many of them only want our money after it is listed on an exchange. Second, look at the team behind the project and read the whitepaper you should get much information from there and you will be able to decide is it good bounty or not.

IMO, choosing a bounty to start when the project uses escrow for payments given to bounty hunters after their work is complete. after that, you need to see the potential of the project, many of the bounty projects use escrow but the project has absolutely no development. It would be great if the project already has a good market and volume. Also see if the community is active and big enough, if so, then it's a pretty promising bounty candidate. maybe the last thing is to look at the manager, if the manager is trusted and experienced, especially if he has a high enough level, such as full member to legendary and has confidence, that is also worth considering.

Many of the bounty managers has learnt a lesson concerning ending up of managing a wrong bounty campaign. And this has put managers in shame and cut down their reputation. Managers now is following projects with precaution because failure or continuous managing a scam bounty campaign and signature campaign tarnish the images of Manager's, so everyone is very conscious of campaigns now.

There’s still a loophole on this because bounty manager securing the funds in token and it still worthless if the project didn’t continue or list the token on exchange to give value on that token. There’s a lot of scenario that this happened even on trusted bounty manager. A bounty campaign that has no fund secured is not a total different to the bounty project that has fund(token) secured in escrow because this escrowed fund is still consider as worthless unless it has a value and its value will be determined right after the campaign concluded.

I’m not saying that this not a good method to determine good campaign but rI just want to give a comment that even scam campaign is using the escrow funds method to trick participants.

Of course, and that's because signature campaigns pay in usable coins weekly. Were bounty campaigns to pay in usable coins weekly they too would be worth the time. We've had a few instances were bounties paid with Ethereum, stablecoins and a few usable coins weekly. Such campaigns got quickly filled up. The thing is that these shitty projects don't want to spend money and that's why they rely on their unlisted tokens to pay bounty hunters. Most times the tokens don't get listed. Whether escrowed or not, once tokens aren't listed they're of no use.
