To know a good bounty we should consider the time frame of the bounty, the amount allocated for the bounty, the manager managing the bounty, and the validity of the project doing the bounty campaign.  There are lots of bounties today that offer a reward that is almost non-existent.  They are requiring months of work but the reward is miniscule.  Better learn how to calculate reward base on the participant number if the bounty offer is in stake form.

all of these didnt rellate with project quality , as bounty hunter we must concern to project quality , is it projects that will build something usefull or useless. alot bounty campaign with short time frame and also huge  allocation but at the end it become scam project. personally i dont care about technical campaign but prefer on project quality.

Some bounties campaign limited with participants and easy to know how much allocated reward for all participants have joined, but not all reward based on our calculated exactly with bounty campaign still use altcoin as payment reward. Have been allocated and sent reward to escrowed wallet before coins listing yet and bounty campaign begin on first week, but few weeks later when altcoin project of bounty campaign have been listed on exchange market price drop and our calculated away from reward values. I think this big problem right now when joining with bounty campaign although have limited with bounty participants.

Now a days maximum bounty is worthless and it's very hard to pick which one is good. I think, participating renowned projects ambassador programme is better than a bounty. If you think you are capable to do content create, write articles, manage local community, promote projects in a positive way in your social media then you should find out ambassador programme. You can participate Oasis Ambassador programme and earn better reward(According to your activities).

Having an escrow to secure your reward doesn't mean that your rewards will be worth millions. Sure you get your tokens/rewards once you have finished your bounty work but still if the team decides to just leave the project as it is without any follow-up or rather didn't list it on exchanges then your tokens will be worth nothing like always. Having an escrow is another barrier but determine if your coins worth something is another barrier.

Very few projects will be listed on Pancakeswap and Coinmarketcap. most of the projects that run the bounty campaign are blank sheets of paper which means they haven't taken any steps yet. They are just brainstorming ideas and using bounty campaign to raise capital to develop the project. Many projects after the end of the bounty campaign cannot even be listed on a junk exchange, let alone their value. Today the bounty campaign is almost dead, if any then only a few can be profitable for the hunter.
