Guys, I finally received my Ledger that I won in contest. Shipping took a bit longer than I expected, but better later than never . There isn't just wallet in the package, but also they added few nice stickers. Here is few photos of it

Probably my free bet has not been credited yet, but here is my stupid question anyway. How do I use free bet on Betnomi page? Just make a ticket and then option appears somewhere near the stake buttons? Or do I have to activate something?

No worries, you're not the only one who didn't know what to do. I won a freebet during the World Cup and had some trouble finding it too.

The freebet feature is still relatively new and I think Betnomi will improve it in the future. I can imagine that the freebet will sooner or later be found under the "Bonuses" menu (where RakeBack and CashBack are also found). At least that's what I suggested in the review campaign.

Apart from that, we have great support here in the forum with @betnomi @icopress & of course @cygan, who have always been great at helping with questions.

I can confirm that I got my freebet already, and I think you should have gotten yours as well, but the terms seems to be 3 games with at least 1.6 odds, check the screenshot below.

We have Berlin derby this round between Hertha and Union. Even if situation of both teams on the table is completely oppposite, it should be interesting game. I'll try to find out a little more about this, because when I was informed that the free bets were credited, I was not notified of the changes in the conditions. In addition, I see that Betnomi did not mention anything about this either.

I just discovered that I might be mistaken a bit about the terms I explained above, because I also later tried picking just two teams and when the Odds cumulatively was 3 odds or more, the freebet availability notification also showed, so maybe it's in fact minimum of 1.6 Odds, 2 games and cumulatively odds of not less than 3 Odds, that'd probably explain it better now, but hopefully we'll get more information when you get a response from them.

I am not bitching about it, just stating the things as they are. Don't want you or icopress loosing more time about something I will loose anyway. My time is very precious and I try to treat others in the same way. I am betting every day with much bigger amounts than this free bet, and yes I use free bets, but they are almost always used on impossible odds and I never hit them.

I am currently using mainly Sportsbet and Stake but I am always looking at newer better options and like to try them out, especially when it doesn't require me depositing there.
Point is, betting should be fun and fast (at least for me) and Betnomi is not giving that to me at the moment. Every day I want to login there I have to jump rough the hoops and authorize login from another IP. I know that is security feature but I don' want it What is worse if you change browsers and IP is the same you need to authorize each of them as well. Then I need to search trough the available markets that is also difficult because of the way they are represented. I wrote about this in Betnomi review thread in games and rounds section in more details. I like some of the stuff Betnomi offers, like eSports markets that are better than competition but they have to make it more accessible for me to ever consider them as my first option. Thing is nothing changed on surface from the time I gave them my first try when I worked some competitions for them long time ago.

For instance I made my account on Stake couple of years ago, that was the only time I ever entered my password or anything. I just open the page on desktop or app on mobile  use it. On the other hand I have 10 verification Emails from Betnomi just yesterday. These free bets are in my mind a great way to bring new customers like me to the site and if they work like this, they fail miserably and opportunity passes. I wanted to use this free bet on some DOTA games to try those markets that interest me and that moment passed. I had to deposit somewhere that has those markets (Sportsbet and Stake don't have them) and GGBET got my money, could have been Betnomi if it worked like it should yesterday. Just to make it clear I tested if free bet will appear by just choosing football matches but my goal was DOTA if possible.

Maybe this sounds a bit too much on this thread and I apologize, it is my personal conflict I already had with several casino/bookie representatives when I try to explain to them how to attract/retain actual paying customers when working different campaigns/competitions for them.

regarding other matches that are playing a bit earlier, seems as round where goals will not be on all matches, and Bremen/Wolfsburg should do best in those terms, all the others can go on one side, and see other side goalless, not sure about it

Let me start by apologizing for the experience. We looked into the issue and identified the problem.
The reason you have been unable to place bets using your Free Bets is that you had Free Bets from the World Cup period.
Those Free Bets had the requirement of the event you are betting on being part of the world cup.
As we know the world cup is over, and hence it's impossible to place bets using those Free Bets.


The system prioritizes Free Bets based on the date issued so even though you have new Free Bets, the old one must be used first
I know you would ask why you have those Free Bets on your account when the required events are over.
This is a bug that needs to be fixed and we will shortly.

In the meantime, we canceled your expired Free Bet and issued you a new Free Bet for 50$
with the same requirement as stated above. Once again, we apologize for the experience.

Thanks for sorting out, I checked briefly and now I can access the freebet. You must admit it is sort of freak accident and something that is impossible for users to catch unless you have some sort of dashboard where we can see our free bets.

Will be using it later today or tomorrow and give my best to win this one since I worked my ass off for it

So, as far as i can see the Bundesliga its for first time in a lot of time, being really tight in the top positions. Only five points gap between first and five position, really strange not to see Bayern making a huge gap behing them.

Bayern munich its not showing a good pace, and UCL its coming.....

But good to us all of this.
