I have tried my best to educate people around me on the basic concept of Bitcoin and make them aware of the advantages and disadvantages of Bitcoin adoption and how best to minimize the risk associated with Bitcoin, to attain some level of self-satisfaction through Bitcoin.

I appreciate the efforts being made by you to teach bitcoin to the people near you however the title suggests that you have given this education free of cost. That is the right thing to do as it is not morally good that someone takes money in order to tell the basic things about bitcoin. The awareness about bitcoin should be created freely and it will be a more effective one.

Awareness and initiative to provide knowledge or introduce bitcoin is a very good choice and rightfully so, because bitcoin or crypto is still considered negatively by the government which is unlikely to support the way of adoption by applying subjects or the like.
bitcoin will continue to grow and become popular thanks to the old users who took the initiative to introduce bitcoin in a different way for those who don't know and understand bitcoin, for friends, family, relatives and also the generation that we must try to teach bitcoin so that they also feel the benefits of good bitcoin .

But One of the set back for Bitcoin adoption is the lack of proper awareness about Bitcoin and the stereotyped opinion of most newbies in Bitcoin that make Bitcoin look like a get-rich-quick scheme, this assumption about Bitcoin has made many frustrated when their investment/holdings in bitcoin go down during a bear market. So there is a need for enlightenment on the key features and purpose of bitcoin adoption.

It’s more important for them to know first about the real purpose, use cases and fundamentals of Bitcoin as well as the risks if they decide to hop in. Of course, when I’ve educated the locals back then before the COVID-19 pandemic, I don’t let them focus on the price of Bitcoin but rather how it changes the game for us in owning the funds that we have rather than relying mostly on the banks where we didn’t have the custody of it.

Then if they decide to buy Bitcoin, I always letting them know about the risks and uncertainties such as only invest or trade an amount that they can afford to lose.

like myself to be ending up on being blamed whenever they do lost their money on the time that they do make out investment but if there are someone whose interested then explaining to them at least wont be a bad idea.

So however, Satoshi actually did a great job with the invention of Bitcoin and now is our turn to complete the work he did 13yrs ago by spreading the knowledge about Bitcoin to the naive Newbies and those at position of been mislead by scammers, of which "Mr Magkaisa" and many others have been doing for quite a long while, which I do appreciate their efforts.

The one thing that made me to like cryptocurrency is because the education foundation of it is free. Because of the people who is into cryptocurrency like to render education of cryptocurrency for free. Since i know cryptocurrency i have not seen where people are learning cryptocurrency for free. For bitcointalk forum the most of the information given in beginner's and help section to bring newbies along side to Bitcoin is free. So it's all these i seen like cryptocurrency education is free

He can also introduce this forum to these "students" as definitely they will get tons of info that they can't find over other sites. There are important discussions that they can also get insights of, just like in installing the wallet, compiling if they want to learn, a lot of discussions when it comes to trading and new alts, and many others.

And I do agree with you, giving an explanation to people around us to make them aware without forcing them to learn or invest in Bitcoin may be wise enough. We can tell them the truth about Bitcoin basically and let them learn again and again. When we hear the word Bitcoin, the first thing that comes to our mind is to make quick profits through it. We unknowingly expect to profit from this, which is the biggest obstacle to the development of Bitcoin. Depends actually on how you do able to hear up about bitcoin, if it do starts from those easy money rich quick scheme crypto investments then you would really be having this kind of impression towards it.but later on when your experience and awareness becomes even more better then you would definitely realize on what are the real deal and information about it not only on bitcoin but crypto as a whole and you would really

Education is the only thing that can make changes. With bitcoin the education need to be done in a way that it will help them stay away from scams. Because, many users have lost big with the thoughts of making big money. This ends up their cryptocurrency usage on their very first attempt and have a negative thought over cryptocurrency. You have said it all. Every topic in educational teaching and learning process must start from the basic. a teacher can not jump a topic to a subtopic which the students have not really understood. Like now if one has to teach bitcoin, sh/he has to start from what is bitcoin, after the rigorous explanation of the concepts then how bitcoin work plus the risk but most of the educators will not follow these steps so at the end even the persons that learned from them will end up losing bitcoin because there was no proper guide.

because bitcoin has been used by hundreds of millions of people around the world, the government actually has to play a role in educating bitcoin, its functions and how to secure it. as a bitcoiner, I also always educate people around me about bitcoin but i know my scope is limited and it is impossible to expand the education I give about bitcoin.

What they basically need is sanitation, orientation we are in a world where anyone could easily get to the internet to google about any information concerning what they have heard, thought on whatever the case may be. They need to told about Bitcoin security because it means alot many people lacked the understanding on how to take precaution from how and when to showcase their keys to users, they have entirely lost their investment. Furthermore the kind of link they should click or open from their device and not to accept all offer, most scammers get users through cheap offers and newbie thinks all offers are legit by which falling into prey and being a victim.

You know what, just after 2021 has passed. There are too many influencers and "educators" that I am seeing online teaching about bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. Most of them focusing on trading and they really are attracting a lot of newbies because of what they're telling. I guess it is timely because when someone hears about bitcoin, money comes into their mind and it's like sort of a rich getaway that everyone is eligible to be not unless they completely understand what it is all about.

Recently I am in Ecuador, I like to grab people who are older and talk to them about bitcoin, because they are more understanding people but they are very difficult to convince, they think that everything about digital waves is a lie, it is very difficult, sometimes there are many people who understand but do not dare to buy, others if they want to buy and do not want to because they are afraid, but I like to convince and educate older adults because in any world catastrophe I do not want them to be left helpless if they depend on a bank.
