I think the $200 bonus is fixed for the initial $10 deposits.  Aside from that there is also other bonuses you can claim such as 100% bonus of your deposit.  The $200 deposit is different from other bonuses but I don't know if they stack.

I noticed it too, although a lot of services and other casinos do this for their promotional material. This may be wrong or illegal because the players' persona are being used to gain money and promote a service without their consent, but this has become a common practice in the gambling industry.

I am not, in any way, defending the actions of this platform regarding their promotional materials but IMO, this does not mean that they are already a scam site.

I don't find anything wrong as long as the picture is taken by Yas.bet, the banner is created by Yas.bet, and copyrighted by Yas.bet or the picture is posted on a public domain then,  they can use the picture freely.  It would be another story if yas.bet doesn't own the picture and it is copyrighted by others though.
