it is useless to complain only here in the topic. create a post in the scam accusations section here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0 adding all the information supporting your accusation and documenting your issue.

example you refer to a message they wrote to you but there is no proof that you are waiting for your KYC to be assessed. Last but not least you can ask support from Ask gambler or other similar solution...

Yes, they lowered the betting limits on most leagues except WC and a few others.
Before the limit, they had no problem withdrawing $450, but once I profited $300-400 over my deposits they cut limits and here i go.

When I see these accusations in a casino, sometimes I don't know whether to think if they are real or not, because they do it from a rookie ditch and it's not that it's something random, it can be very credible, until a long time ago I saw this casino in a promotion of a signature campaign in the forum, and why have a signature campaign if the players will be robbed, I see it from that sense of logic, also a casino that has problems with only 1 player is capable to do and achieve many things so that they think badly about the casino, as a casino I would not risk it, and since yasbet has been here I have not seen anyone complain so much about the site, what I think is that the problem should be dealt with into consideration and give you prompt reply.

One of the need for casinos to have an active admin that will tackle such reckless statement against their reputation instantly in the forum, Yesbet use to have a responder in the forum before which is their former signature campaign manager before they ended their cooperation with him some few weeks ago, most of the new casino always witness such attacks from competitors, who have the bad intention and can hire throw away accounts just to destroy the image and reputations of the competitor and I don't see anything different from what the ops are doing right now, how can he make an accusation without any valid proofs to support the claims

Can you be more specific with your timing, when exactly did you submit your KYC documents for verification and what are the respond you get when you contact Yesbet team for the delay in approving your kyc document, Yesbet admin in this thread is mostly active may be once in a week and if going by that then we should expect to hear they respond any time from now and also try to include all the relevant documents to support your claim, you may have to share some screenshot also for easy validation of your claims.

My guess is that he submitted his KYC right after the issue happened but he didn't expect the result. He thinks submitting KYC will solve the problem but it only made it worst. I think there's more than this than the KYC issue. Maybe this user did something illegal before and that is why his withdrawals are not processed.

About the lowered limits, I think this one is normal as I see this happening with other users but I haven't saw that their withdrawals are stuck. He already provided a screenshot there on the ibb link. I think that composes their conversation with the customer support of yas.bet but when I click it shows an error. He should have re-upload it to other image hosting sites like imgur or imgbb.

I was expecting a screenshot of his conversation with customer support too, but no, it's a screenshot of his withdrawal transaction which is still pending. However, there is no information about when it was taken.
I counted three users so far (correct me if am wrong) who complained about not being able to withdraw and accusing the casino of scamming but none of them (except Godofwars) has created a proper scam accusation thread or presented enough proof to support their allegations!

If you have evidence of what you are accusing yesbet on a go-to scam accusation and create a thread there with all the evidence to back up your claims.
As you may have been advised previously by other members here Yesbet has dealt with a few cases that have been raised in this forum and am sure if you have evidence to supply your claims you can prove your case and the whole community will join you to get what is rightfully yours.

Have you been involved in a legal battle with the casino where you have to involve a Curacao before having your withdrawal approved by yesbet or any other casino with a Curacao license, am curious to know because I have read something like this before where a player got all the money held on a casino back by taking them to court which is a possibly good way to get redress for such abuse on the players from fraud casinos?

Yep it is maybe the result of their halt signature campaign. Their campaign has stopped and I guess they are still finding a suitable signature campaign manager for their campaign. I'm guessing that they are recon structuring their signature campaign since I guess there are issues from the past signature campaign they are having. The representative of yasbet in this forum is still active and I believe that there are still a high chance of them running a campaign again and regain the traction they got from the community after their last signature campaign. I believe some of those who are spamming here about accusation are just trolls after seeing the trust scores of them.
