@Ebede I will like to know what your experience is with platform that does not respond to your complaints, most replies in the gambling section this days are just born out of assumptions and that can lead to a very bad end, sometimes waiting that long for issues you know personally that does not warrant such time wasting can end up being an intentional avoidance in the part of the casino. And from your comment I can see that you @Ebede Does not have any experience of the advice you are trying to give this users. You may be right in your assumption but know that assumptions can never be a fact.

By creating multiple accounts you not only bypass withdrawal limits but you bypass stake limits as well.

You said that having multiple accounts is not prohibited in their T&C, yet it is industry standard.

For sure casino should give you back your initial deposits.

It is good that your are not chasing your profits, doubt you would receive them anyways.

Need to mention though that your overall acts are too naïve for a high roller bettor.

Even if having multiple accounts is not prohibited in their T&C, personally i would still sent them an email to clarify it.

As already said, casino should at least refund your deposits though if nothing else is missing from your story.
