Uh, what if not? Yeah, it can be true, but having a respond from bc.game that there's nothing they can do where they have everything the reason to tell the user what term was violated. Well, as long as OP never posted the chat logs then people will just speculate.

That's it, no one can tell. If you're on the casino's feet you'll do that kind of assessment, but likely on their side they just want to prevent cheating on their own platform. I don't think the chat logs would make any difference if the damage has already been done.

In such cases, its the user that is at fault since bc.game is a reputed site and won't do such acts without any valid reason.
Besides that since OP hasn't provided much info after he posted this thread it gives an edge to the casino.

First of all it always seems suspicious to me that most of the scams news just come from newbie accounts and post 2/3 posts and then go to sleep mode. Moreover, it also is seen here that the player got ban for his fault. Even then if you have  compeleted kyc then I think they should solve your problem.

A big site will not ruin its reputation by banning an account for no reason. I'm sure that Op violated their TOS which is reason enough to ban him. Newbies could also complain regardless of their rank but they should provide concrete evidence as proof of their accusations.

You need to provide more details, you need to be able to present some proofs as well, it's inevitable that sometimes you can get banned from certain casinos but at the same time it can also be due to something that you might have done knowingly/unknowingly, some casinos do have T&C that only one account per person is allowed which eventually causes problems for the people who might have made multiple accounts in the beginning, and at the same time sometimes you might be using VPN which might not be allowed,there is definitely a clause for abusing commissions as well, if they suspect that you have been laundering it all by yourself they can also ban you, there are so many reasons! You have to ask them why and then present a proof here. A

I several times was playing online games where was forbidden to use multi accounts and everywhere was a rule - if you play with you friend - tell support about it. And there were no problems. I can`t answer correctly because there are lots of casinos with different rules. In the most part multiple accounts are prohibited. It is possible that there are some casinos where you can use multiple accounts, but i`m sure that you can`t make any operations between these accounts. Any way, all this situation you can find in ToS and FAQ.
