As all are speculating the merge for ETH, are we gonna see ATH for ETH in the crypto market? Thoughts?

As we know that the ETH price was relying now upon the BTC price, if there is BTC ATH, of course, there is also a new ATH of ETH.
ETH is one of the biggest networks that have many projects relying upon them so possible this will have a big impact on the market and for sure will create a new ATH. However, it need patience because there is no accurate time when it will happen.

Seeing the progress of the ecosystem built in the ETH project is getting bigger every year, I have no doubt that ethereum can touch ATH again, although getting there may take a little longer but most likely when the next bullrun comes it will make ETH price movements experienced a significant increase because basically so far ETH has proven to be one of the coins that has strong potential.

I think the merge is going to have a big effect on the crypto space, the community and the ecosystem because there is going to be big changes in something like the transaction speed and the consensus mechanism in which the transaction is been processed and the big players who are running the proof of work may cause the price to reduce because many of them are going to sell.
We are going to see a new ATH but maybe in the new coming bull run, what we are going to see is going to be a short time increase in price and who knows what will happen that day, I pray the network does not go off and disappoint people.

eth merge will have less significant influence against the current value, even honestly the rumour usually drive the value and once the merge actually realized the value usually become stagnant.
these kind of events has happened quite frequently in the past and usually the end result is the same, moreover btc is still stuck, so is ETH considering how much influence btc has.

Of course, it was possible but probably not because of the merge, it is Bitcoin does the market uplift bring altcoins including ETH. In fact, this is a common scenario that we have seen even before and never I see any reason/s that could make ETH pumps separately without seeing Bitcoin also.
Yet, this possibly happens after halving, and certainly no doubt about it.

Well, anyways, the market is moving upward, however, that was not yet an indication of the bullish run but at least we know that there is still a big chance to see the market growing.

In recent weeks the growth of ethereum is felt high above bitcoin. Being the leader to the altcoins network it have got its importance same as that we've got bitcoin. There is no big selling taking place with ethereum. Recently more investors moved from bitcoin to ethereum that pumped the price of ethereum. The highest price prediction in recent days on ethereum is $12k+ and according to me this could happen when price of bitcoin pass $100k

Nothing is impossible in the cryptocurrency market) And if we previously saw how the price of ETH decreased by 3 times, then why can't it increase by the same value? Yes, because many coins are preparing to take over the second position among other cryptocurrencies. I think, Ethereum is loosing population because of the high gas fee people are still experiencing in this bearish season which is not encouraging long term investors to continue with Ethereum than to try other coins that their gas fee is too low for investors to make a huge amount of income at the end of their investment. Ethereum is popular because it network can also foster crypto-currency transactions and if the fees becomes too much of a problem people may be forced to jettison it. The gas fee has already come down when we compare it what it was in 2021 and it will fall further once merger is complete. I am a strong supporter of Ethereum network because it is first mover in this sector, secure and decentralized. Ethereum always leads the Alts market and  I think it will definitely break its previous all time high once bearish trend comes to an end.

New ATH? IMO, I don't think so. It's Bitcoin that we must see hitting a new ATH first then maybe we could speculate a new ATH for ETH next to it.
But, as long as it's still here in the 20k mark we won't see any altcoin that will grow in exponential numbers.
Ethereum may have dropped the big bomb about the date given on the release of "The Merge" but it may not be enough to push a new ATH due to economic reasons too. It's not like we didn't expect this to happen, it will, it just took them longer.

bnb or eth still be best coins in crypto space now, no matter its price still decline from previous ath. Both of them have huge demand from ecosystem and also from long term investors. Merging are mostly manifesting a positive outcome after that, so yes it’s possible to see ETH new ATH after that. However, expect that bitcoin will be the one to reach another all time high first, afterwards we will witness more altcoins are also influenced by the positive price of bitcoin. Ethereum is the next best asset next to bitcoin, so probably with or without merging, ethereum will always reach its new ATH.
