we don't know what will happen in the future. but i believe that when ethereum has merged there will be a lot of good news that will attract investors to buy ethereum and hold it for the long term. when viewed from july although the price of ethereum has not fully increased but market volume has started to increase and this is one of the good news for ethereum.
i think that ethereum is really the best coin number 2 after bitcoin which will overtake the price of bitcoin in the future. and for now it might be time to buy ethereum and hold on to it for the long term

BNB have a long way to go in the Crypto space. Sooner or after, BNB will pumped above it's previous ATH and retest to another Price value. It's all fact, but time will tell for the patient ones and BNB can over take ETH with time only if CZ entirely put his focus on Binance native coin. All exchange coins pump with no doubt but it's all deals with time. ETH on the other hand is working hand in hand with BTC which keeps dipping in the market, and it dump affects half of the market.

There can be no doubt that BNB is one of the most serious rivals of ETH out of all the altcoins, but for BNB to surpass ETH to become the king of altcoins, BNB still has a lot of work to do and a long way to go.

The current criteria of BNB, fast transaction speed, and low gas fees, as well as the fact that BNB is still too centralized and not what makes it so outstanding when compared to ETH, I think it still isn't appealing enough for developers and big investors in the market.

After the transition of Ethereum to Proof-of-Stake, BNB Chain will lose its advantage, consisting in high transaction speed and low commissions, on which it actually gained its popularity. Given this fact, it will be difficult for BNB to overtake Ethereum, especially since it is very much inferior to ETH in capitalization at the moment.

The Merge should give ETH a significant boost in price, but to surpass the old ATH, the probability of that is very low. The bear market is not over yet and the economy is still unstable so I think it is very difficult for ETH or any coin to break out at this point. It is better to wait for bitcoin halving, once bitcoin bounces back and reaches its ATH then maybe ETH and other coins will thrive.

Exactly, the market conditions are nowhere near ideal for ethereum to surpass its all time high, we must remember that just because a coin has good fundamentals and it goes through a process in which those fundamentals are improved that is still not enough to produce a new all time high.

We are still in a bear market and there are many other factors which are decreasing the desire of investors to take risks, so even if ethereum could rise in price I do not see how it could generate enough hype for such a massive run to happen.

For those that are thinking on the long term the price of a ethereum is still very attractive, and while the question of when a new all time high could appear in the ethereum market is without a doubt important, it loses a great deal of its significance if you are willing to hold your coins for a very long period of time.

After all if you buy your coins right now you're still getting a very good price and the only thing that you will need to do is to wait for the all time high to appear, I understand that some people may think that this is a very passive strategy, but personally I only care about the results and we know that holding your coins for the long term, as long as they are good coins, is a very effective strategy.

you are right. it's just that it's a matter of time. we believe that new ATH for ethereum will most likely be achieved again. however, it can happen unless there is a bull run of crypto, especially bitcoin, as well as a little development of ethereum to reduce the fees from the transaction. it will prop the price of ethereum to reach new ATH.
However, we don't know when this will happen, so for now all we can do is collect ethereum little by little until it becomes a lot, so that we don't miss it again. What's more I think this will take quite a long time because of the large number of FUDs currently available.

The merge is arguably ETH's biggest event since 2015 and it seems like people are putting a lot of hope into this event that will put ETH in a new position be it a new BTC takeover or a new ATH... lots of predictions around. Don't forget in this crypto market bitcoin is the ruler, no matter how successful the merge if bitcoin doesn't make any move, don't think of a new ATH for ETH. I can be pretty sure that ETH has a new ATH unless Bitcoin hits ATH first.

Even the other alts in general are all the same, their fates in achieving the ATH could only comes once the current trend of btc settled.

It is true that the increase in the price of Ethereum depends on how Bitcoin moves, because after all Ethereum like other altcoins its movement is
affected by the movement of Bitcoin. This means for Ethereum to return to the ATH price, it will have to wait for the Bitcoin price to recover.
The problem is Bitcoin is still moving steadily below the current $25k price, so we do have to be patient to wait for Ethereum to return to the ATH price.
So just take advantage of the current situation to collect Ethereum, moreover the price of Ethereum is still down 59% from the ATH price, meaning
that the price of Ethereum is still at a low price right now and don't regret that we missed buying Ethereum at a low price. Even if a bull market comes
there is a possibility for Ethereum to reach new ATH, in conclusion, long-term investments in Ethereum are always profitable.

Hopefully, we don't have to wait for bitcoin to reach ATH again. Then, there will be an altcoin season. If that can happen, we will get profits back like last year, when the price of most altcoins started to increase and only after that did the price of bitcoin increase very high. So we may be patiently waiting for the market to bounce again and in the meantime, we are still allowed to buy various potential altcoins.

Are you still having doubts about Eth all this time? Every time a bull run takes place, Ether stays past the previous ATH. Unlike most of the other cryptos which were not able to get past ATH before. For example, EOS failed to reach ATH in its 2021 bull run. This is a failure in the concept of crypto development being crossed by the new crypto.
