I lost count how many times in last 10-15 years we saw Real winning in similar way. Players chenge, coaches change but this team always have something to perform in Champions league.

Though, I'm Barcelona fan, but I think it was red card. If not this foul he would went 1 on 1 with goalkeeper. And Xavi - IMO, he is spending too much energy to fight with referees. Sometimes he is right, sometimes not, but it's not normal when coach get ejected from game so many times.

Maybe they are pondering history?, i agree with you, this Bayern doesnt deserve anything good, they play like trash and i dont think they are gonna find a good play in this last part of the season, his only hope is the luck of Tuchel in Champions LEague, like the one he has when he becomes champion with Chelsea.

But also PSG has a super coach like Luis Enrique who also knows what is becoming champion of UCL.

I don't think the 5th spot should be given to them especially after seeing such non performing games from both Arsenal and City in the Champions League.The fact that City dominated the game does not mean anything as they could not score,so how can someone give them 5th spot when one teams plays on average or even below average like Arsenal and the other team which performs better cannot achieve any result.Also the bookies are quite wrong for the odds,Bayern should have it at about 7.00 as the real odd,Real and PSG are most likely the teams we will see in final as they are simply much better in quality this year compared to Bayern and Dortmund.

I am fan of no team from them yet I have been saying it loud and clear here in many other threads that the referees need to be punished for these so called human errors they justify themselves anytime they make a clamorous mistake in a decisive game like that one.Some of these referees are so arrogant that they do not give a shit about VAR too and they act with arrogance telling everyone that we know and you don't.UEFA/FIFA should put a specific rule in place to tell them that VAR should be checked any time there is protest for something obvious,I am not saying for any single event,but major ones like may be penalties should always be revised no matter how much additional time is added to the game by such gestures.

Refs kill games week in week out and it's unacceptable to have this with all the technology available to them, tbh I wouldn't be surprised if they are doing the betting themselves for the $$$ or are affiliated with some betting syndicate.. otherwise too many bad calls going unpunished!!!

Think about it from a historical stand point.  Bayern has been playing in the final stages of the CL since almost everyone itt could remember.  :/  PSG is really the new kid on the block in terms of CL football.  And the books do have a looot of data in all these matches, all these players and all these managers' records.  The best we can do to beat the game is looking for the best line possible.

There are some guys who compare lines with Pinnacle's lines as it's supposedly the most efficient bookmaker.  So if you know which team to beat on and you find a line that's better than what Pinnacle has, then that's likely to be +EV.

If we put aside the Bayern "brand", this is just a ridiculous team compared to Real Madrid and PSG this season. They have one trump card (but it also comes with a curse) and a lot of problems. I believe not many people for that route,Bayern found a beat up Arsenal who had no desire no motivation to fight to be a winner in that encounter,sure they dominated the first leg against Bayern at home yet they failed to score goals in many different opportunities while Bayern were more pragmatic and got the win.That's it though as they won't go that much further in the Champions League as I think Real Madrid has much better quality players than Bayern and honestly Bayern relying only on Kane to score goals is not the scary Bayern we all knew about,Real vs PSG most likely is going to be the final as they are the better teams and while surprise results may happen for the qualification I think that we will have no surprises here.

They are getting decent money - but if they have jobs they can't train every day, constantly attend seminars, do VAR sessions together etc.
Football is a huge business, it's incredible to me that a really significant element of it is still on such an amateur level.

I mean, guys like Mason Holgate make a living out of football, hundreds of them every year. However you spin it, refereeing is something huge money needs to come into.

Holy freak, this is new to me as I didnt know that being referee is just side gigs. I thought it would be a full time job whatsoever because you gotta maintain your stamina especially to keep up for full 90 minutes. Well yeah but unless you hit atleast 1 exact and 1 close points then I guess the ranking wont really change that much as I expected most top 15 players would net around average of 3 points so yeah its getting trickier and there isnt that many room for the top spot to make any mistake on their score prediction
