In addition, you don't include an air-tite case so the coins begin tarnishing before they ever reach their destination. Not to mention yours are random years. Firstly, my only intention was to give people a baseline to compare against when bidding.
Secondly, our coins come in either an air-tight polycarb or an anti-tarnish sleeve (only lower end products come in a sleeve).
Thirdly, Apmex charges ~$30 for shipping and handling, and any payment method besides personal check (which has a two-week clearing time) will cost you extra.
