I am seem to be very jobless.
From the look of things around my ambient and how my neighbours view me and based on rumours, some persons are of the thoughts that am just one jobless guy within the neighborhood who is always either seen operating one gadget sitting at our balcony.

Some are just of the opinion that I might just be involved in one of those scamming internet fraudsters and that's why am always seen pressing and operating my gadget without any concern of looking for a job that would take me out of the house on work days just like my other counterparts within my neighborhood that are graduates like me. Although I have an office work which needs my presence just ones or twice a month as I could just stay at home and do the rest job from my laptop.

I try to manage my time into Bitcoin and my office job but as someone that lives an aloof life, as am of a well reserved lifestyle. So many persons have nothing of any idea about me and my private life within my neighborhood. And I believe it's due to this that they are of the opinion, assumptions and thoughts that am one jobless or internet scammer within the neighborhood as am always seen doing nothing but just with operating of my gadget.

And I was wondering, are there other people like me who are facing such mistaken thoughts and view from persons around their neighborhood towards them and how are they handling it.

Most people who are rich doesn't do any work I mean physically but they still can manage everything from their couch via audio or video conference everyday but no one asked them why you are simply sitting here instead of doing work. On other part who are salaried but got work from home jobs may face such scenarios like you mentioned because they know you are not that rich then they assume how do you manage to survive without doing any works. Nothing to worry about as long as you are making money which doesn't violates any of your laws in the country where you're living.

Keep this appearance up. It's actually to your advantage. Either they think you don't have enough money, hence making you less of a target for robberies if things go from bad to worse, or they think you are shady and hence stay the fcuk away from you. I think both are good unless you actually want people to like you and you might need to have at least a few friends in the neighborhood just in case you'd need some help later.

Just remember to live modestly (or at least appear to be modest) in these times.

If you can take care of yourself, it's nobody's business how you spend your time. I don't know your neighborhood, but I think most people who know you just by sight don't know if you don't have a job or work from a home office.

It is high time people get to know we are in the technology era where communication and information is a big key🗝️🗝️🗝️ to richness. Not all that stay always online with their gadget are engaged in internet fraud. Alot of legit stuff are out there that can fetch good income. Getting reliable information is the key. A single reliable information can change your story within few minutes.
My gadgets📱📱💻💻 are more like my main office, so I can't do without them. I get reliable information that give me more income even sometimes more than my physical business.

It is of a choice either hovering around your premises instead of being inside concentrating on your job. I was once like this as well, when i packed in to my new apartment people around started poknosing about me that i am fraudster why being inside all day so i started noticing how i was being looked most at times if i m out from my apartment. what i did a day was to host a meeting, just like a class to sanitized their mind about bitcoin after the class never cared to look after me again that how was that case was closed. Mostly i was invited by my Landlord to properly explained what i does and which i calmly opened my system and inform him also used that medium to let him know he can buy bitcoin and hold this was back then 2017.

These are persons whom are not susceptible to change and as such, they could never understand. They tend to capitalise more on the happenings in their societies and as such, fail to acclimatise to the changes that goes on around the world.
Running the rate race orchestrated by the government, it becomes so traditional that seeing one doing something else feels wrong.
It's my wish that you do what you must, stay confident in it and let them talk themselves out rather than learn and chnage. Your sure to be far ahead before they realise any bit of what is available on the Web. The society now is the web with the Internet making it a global village or community.

Well! if you gonna listen to them saying some inappropriate comments about you, you won't mature because those people always have their own opinion even if you are wearing some nice suit going to work every day, they don't have anything good to say because that's just how they are. I think no matter what they say about you, you just need to ignore it at the end of the day, they don't have any evidence about their claim and these guys won't stop saying things no matter what you gonna do.

Yes, this is almost what happens to me, I was an employee and resigned from my job and sat at home to devote myself to my work in Crypto. My family and neighbors were surprised by my behavior and doubted my words and did not believe that I could resign from the job and work in Crypto to get a good income, I do not know, maybe some of them think I do forbidden things on the Internet, but that's not important, I don't care much what they think or say, the important thing is that I'm comfortable working with crypto.

As long as they see you as a jobless individual they'll keep away, which can be beneficial for many reasons.
When they know yo have money they'll try to be nice to you because they might need something. They also spread rumors and somebody somewhere could try to target you for a scam or steal from you.

I have some money but I always drive a car that looks average and live in one of the smallest houses in my area. I could afford a twice bigger one but I don;'t need the extra space. I'm not going to hire a cleaning lady for it.

Many women face this when they are jobless because they take care of the house, but other women see them as lazy or without ambition. In reality the woman who takes care of the house and the kids does that because she can afford staying home, while those who talk behind her back have to work every day and barely have time to talk to their children.

This is interesting to me.  What area of the world do you live in?  This doesn't seem like an American problem.  From my experience, my neighbors mostly don't worry about what other people do for a living.  Maybe I'm just out of touch with the neighborhood gossip, but I don't think any of my neighbors has ever inquired about what I do for a living.  That seems like the sort of thing strangers ask you in bars to start up a conversation.  I only have a general idea what a couple of my neighbors do for a living, but I certainly couldn't care less.

In my country your neighbor can even inform the police that you are a fraudster. The have this parochial belief that you must go out of the house in the morning and come back in the evening before they would consider you as employed and productive. You don't also need to stay in the balcony always except there is a reason for that. For me I am always indoor and my neighbors are not really aware when I am in or out.

I think you made the right decision not to quit your job to focus on cryptocurrency. In BTT, we are always advised not to resign from our paying jobs to focus solely on Bitcoin investment or campaign earnings because Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency investments are not like Ponzi scheme which people see as a quick money giving thing rather cryptocurrency investment(Bitcoin) can make one a millionaire depending on the current market situation (Bear and Bull run ) and the kind of investment you are into so sticking to your paying job and doing your crypto investment is the best idea because through your job you can gather funds to increase your crypto investment and hope for a better return.

Especially older generations are expecting work to be a tedious manual process, they can't fathom the fact that nowadays, you can also work from home, be productive, without it being to a tedious manual process. Technology is advancing, while flexible working models have become extremely popular after Covid-19.

A few years ago, when I was a teenager, I used to trade/flip bicycle parts for profit, spending quite some time on the internet in order to find decent deals/items, my parents always brushed it of as wasting my time on the computer.

In my country your neighbor can even inform the police that you are a fraudster. I have a lot of concern about this, some are as a result of the misuse of opportunities and some came out of the execceisve way of life, youthful exorbirant. Bitcoin profit making give a massive profit that changes standard of living in quick term but the young guys are too careless to manage their emotions. They buy luxury cars, spend in the club and some even buy guns and pay for security. In the third world countries with weak currency, the dollar conversion make those profit so massive. I think the young guys dont need to use their gadget outside for everyone to see, live on lowkey without excesses, get streams of businesses from the profit in cryptocurrency and get married if possible with responsible lifestyle. Remote job is known in first world countries but not everywhere, if you have to stay at home stay indoor and spend carefully

Crypto is a job,so we dont need people to see us that will have a job,we just need to keep on making our money because it's not everybody that is supposed to know the source of our money.As long as crypto continue paying us,we will continue our thing.
I know some persons combine other jobs with crypto,but whether we combine the job or not,as long as we are receiving money from it,what people say does not matter to us.

I prefer to work like this compared to working offline from morning to evening at the office. This way I can save more money and have more time alone. Just ignore what people say, it's you who live life, not them, so ignore what they say to us and live life as usual.

It's even worse when you're up against your family members.
For example, I live in a rural area and the main activity of the residents here is farming. Although I have been working online for years, all my family members are not satisfied with this job, which does not require any physical effort except to be in my room behind the office.
I had many problems because of this, and I did not find any way to convince them except to build my own housing unit because I cannot move to another place by virtue of the agricultural work that I must supervise.

My sister was the smartest person since she was the only one in the family who had a university education. She told me that she suspected that I was engaging in suspicious activities such as fraud and theft via the Internet and promised me not to tell anyone.
