Dear Forum,

After several months of intensive reading about the blockchain technology, the time has come to finally start investing. As I have zero experience with investing money, I would like to show you my portfolio and ask you for a feedback / tips / criticism. In generall I have about 1400€ to invest, this money is gaming money for me - Of course I would prefer to win money  So here is my list:

Polkadot: 200€
Algorand: 200€
Iota: 100€
Vechain: 50€
Axie Infinity: 50€
Elroand: 50€
Ankrd: 50€
Kadena: 50€
Livepeer: 50€
Siacoin: 50€
Syscoin: 50€
Energy Web Token: 50€
Toncoin: 50€
Dawn Protocol: 50€
Aergo: 50€
Phala Network: 50€
Gelato: 50€

For me some coins/tokens like EWT, SYSCOIN and toncoin were pure gamble. I didn't even think if that would be a wise decision if you are picking up toncoin. As far as i know that there are two toncoin. 1 created by chinese developers and another 1 from russian developers.
Both were being contradicted from one to the each other. The development was not so impressive and i can't even understand what's main target for this project.
We didn't need toncoin anymore and that's purely hype caused by telegram rumour to launch a coin in the past. You can replace it.

 For me IMO probably i will choose those projects that have good history in the previous run and which is still more popular in the market nowadays because surely they can win again in the long run, and for me even they reach their current ATH only where in its enough and a big win for me as well. Imagine what percentage you will have if you bought at the bottom and they recover back to the ATH..

You  certainly skipped the good ones which you may have to focus instead of putting 50€ to some unknown tokens.  If you find yourself investing to a project you knowing nothing about, then that money may just be in the wrong investment.

Most of us put a large amount for BTC while few on ETH and other Layer1 protocols. So once again you have to ask why you allocate to such token.

Where are Bitcoin and ethereum?, why are you ignoring them? It would be a mistake if your portfolio doesn't have bitcoin and ethereum. Instead of betting 50€ on 14 different tokens, I will invest them all in bitcoin. Maybe you are betting on them and thinking that they can x10, x100 will make you rich, but I'll tell you that's not going to happen, it's not okay to allocate portfolios like this. Too many coins and it's not necessary, just focus on 3 to 5 coins and DCA if their price drop you will get profit faster.

maybe if i were you, i would put it for 3 coins only, matic, bnb and ethereum I think it is more promising and has a good future than all you have in your portfolio above, you can learn a lot about the altcoins you have in this forum

There are so many bad tokens with low liquidity in your portfolios. Think about that. It's better to replace all of them with low liquidity which was under 10 millions USD as daily volume trade with some better tokens that available in the market. I think you must think about that if you are looking for profit and you shall go for the tokens which was always getting hyped. The sustainable development and growth actually needed if you wanna go for long term. These days the news will come once the project had been developed some good products.

This is not that much but precise and wise. I hold currently these three and it's not that we're shilling it but you should choose the top coins in the market OP.
Most of them are really known but that's not enough if you're going to invest in good projects. Be picky as you invest with that money and it's not all about quantity of the tokens you're investing but of how reputable they are.

I see that your wallet is free of bitcoin as well as major altcoins such as Ethereum, TRx, ADA, XRP, LTC, BNB These strong currencies have a known history in the market and a good future and will rise immediately with the rise of bitcoin.
Anyway, on the list you put there:
Polkadot , Algorand , Iota, Vechain , Axie Infinity , Elroand
These coins are good and I expect them to have a good future and I advise you to increase the value of your investment from them while the other coins I do not know about.

It would have been so much better if OP actually replied to some of the comments right here.

But anyways, there are lot of coins that I never heard of and probably half of your list are just pure speculation that doesn't have any value to even begin with just investing for the sake of "investment". I would put up Bitcoin and Ethereum and also BNB as well onto the list, because it's just bit weird if you are looking for some portfolio but ignoring those coins to invest.

3. Syscoin

Trust me these projects are boring.

His list are mostly composed of undervalued coins. That must be the one he preferred and not those who are in the mainstream already like bitcoins and ethereum. There are investors that are like that. They think those coins potential aren't fully unlocked yet and they want to be a part of it before it happens. That is already their choice and we can't do much about it but for us we are already happy and contented with what bitcoin and ethereum has to offer.

There's also more to come from these two coins now that eth is transforming and expected to become better while for bitcoin everyone is speculating that it will reach 100k or more, later on.

OP is investing peanuts and would not get rich by investing that much on top mc coins even during next bullrun. Lowcaps to microcaps have more risk but they have so much more room to grow then top 10marketcap coins for example.

However i don't think that coins OP chose are good ones but maybe he/she is lucky.

I agree with that, luck is something that cannot be predicted and guessed, Like the luck of DOGEcoin and SHIBA Inu holders.

I appreciate your 17 portfolio lists, although there are some that I think are bad, but you could be lucky. Maybe the division of your portfolio is too much, It would be better if it was only divided into 10 lists. Apart from that you also forget about major investments in cryptocurrencies, Bitcoin and Ethereum

It's okay if he won't get rich with his technique. The key here is about being consistent with his investments and the set of choices. Consistency plus having a good choice of investments are going to make him rich someday. Right now, if someone doesn't have much money to invest, it's okay. You'll get there someday that you'll be having bags of investments but don't stop investing and do it while you can right now with the little that you have.

Polkadot, Algorand, Elrond, and Kadena will get you there faster because these projects are very responsive to BTC price action, also I think your list is too big, why not just 10 altcoins? But anyways anything can happen,I wish you the best of good luck.

Such is the luck that we never know when it will come,
i agree with you that the ideal is 10 in the portfolio list and prioritize the top coins,
coins like Bitcoin, BNB, Ethereum are mandatory things I feel to include in the portfolio

A good amount to start in my opinion. While I had chosen so many beautiful projects at the top, when I scrolled down to the bottom, I saw that he had allocated money for projects whose names I did not know. Anyway, good luck and I hope you can double your $50 with surprise pricing. I recommend that you focus on major coins, keep that in mind.

Being consistent doesn't really help if you are choosing wrong coins. Like imho op did. If the lack of knowledge for example would be the basis he works on consistency could be a problem. Like people who are being rugged and understand it years after others did.
