Absolutely I agree. The first thing you think about when doing a job should be the quality of the job, not the money. Consider Jeff Bezos, one of the richest people in the world. The man establishes a company in one room and where does he come from. It's not what he thinks about, but the quality of his work.

He comes from a family that gave him 250k dollars to start his company back in 90's, if you think that is not a lot of money then you do not know how business works. That money was enough to literally rent a whole warehouse size books and he could buy them and sell them, books weren't this expensive neither, it was just a few dollars, so with 50k for a year’s rent on the warehouse and maybe like 80 thousand books in it, you could have started it as well. Which is why him achieving something like this is not a big deal, it was an expected thing.

Plus, he ended up not making a profit until like maybe 10 years ago, or even more recent, meaning he kept on spending money that he didn't have to grow as well. I would grow if people kept on paying me that much as well.

Although, I do not fully understand what the OP is trying to communicate, I just want to say that I agree that the majority of our actions are motivated by money. We want more money to make more money. We want money to work for us. We want more money so that we will not have to work everyday for the rest of our lives. We want more money to live well, drive the best cars, wear the best clothes, give our kids the best education among other things. We need more money so that we can give to worthy charities. So yes, money is the motivating factor.

With money, everything becomes easier, it can be said that the biggest motivation for humans to live is money, without money it will be difficult to motivate someone to do anything, but with money, anyone will do anything.

In this case, motivation and greed can be divided into a very thin barrier because when we say motivation, it often turns it into greed.
It would not be hypocritical at this time we are still chasing money in any case and under any circumstances money is still a top priority but can it be said as motivation if something like this happens.

Everything which is excess is never been good and its true that motivation turns out to be greed if you are really that making things a bit more exaggerated or too much which wouldnt really be that a good idea at all.

Money this days tends to follow risk takers. Take the case of crypto investment for example what value will one say this investors add to their society that attracts money to them? They only take the risk of investing and some gets lucky enough to make it big.

Solving problems on the other hand can attract so much funds but it requires so much dedication, devotion and consistency. And many people are becoming lazy to endure the patience to bring their ambitions to reality because there are diverse easy opportunity in the cloud

Depends. For most people who are struggling financially as these people has not been paid well for what they deserve to be paid of, money will going to be one of their primary motivator. I personally can speak on behalf of these people here in my country who worked underpaid, like 80% of the people employed here are underpaid. So, yeah it's safe to say Money is the fuel that keeps them motivated.

On the other hand, money and motivation for the fortunate and rich ones are two different things. Rich people tend to value their business, material things, and of course people around them, and that what's keep them motivated.

In our generation today, most people are followers of money or slaves to money. There is, of course, that they can manage the money correctly, so they are not the ones who follow the money, but the money follows those who manage it.

I do agree that everything needs money. All those people who say that money doesn't bring happiness are people who do not know where to look for it. Even on the worst parts of life, even if you are about to die from cancer, you could literally spend millions to make the transition from life to afterlife easier and not troubled, whereas you would literally be suffering and dying in agony if you are poor.

People act as if poor people do not have problems unrelated to money in their life, they have family dying too, they have sickness too, they have love pain too, and yet they face all those ALSO face economical problems. I rather be rich and unhappy then poor and face life.

True, but money is still not everything and that is the essence. There are things in this life that money cannot buy and such things should be cherished while they last, like friends and family, good times with the folks. Money is only a part of what shapes these things and it can make things become better but if not used diligently can ruin a lot of things too.

One should not be trying to earn money just because it leads people or that people follow it. They will be misled and this happens when scammers are showing off their lifestyles on youtube and all and they easily fool people, with their lavish stuff.

We know that having money could buy everything if we do speak about material but there are things which cant really be bought by money but on the other hand we do know that happiness could really be bought by
money which its really that impossible that we wont really be that aiming for reaching out that goal on having that financial freedom that we do keep on thriving for.What are the things that we are trying to achieve
