No doubt money is important but it comes with a standard expectation with a job and people expect to be paid with a fair wage, without it there's no way it can attract or retain employees.
Money is really a huge motivative factor, the assumption has been that people will work harder and produce more if the financial rewards are placed before them. With money people can work without thinking of the pain or stress, and extra money motivate people to work extra.

So when talking about the philosophy of money, many people think that money is not everything. I agree that money is not everything, but almost everything needs money. if someone who thinks money can't solve all problems, I also agree but many problems are easier to solve with money than no money. or some say money is not taken to death, yes of course but it feels like you want to die if you don't have money.

It has not been experienced by many people or when people say money is the root of all evil, not that many crimes occur because there is no money. or some say Oh the important thing is love, not money. but love is more beautiful when there is money.

Every human that has bloos running through their vain has this inner character and they don't show until money comes in, that is when people display their character and show what they are made up of but however, there are some individuals that don't show bad side of them when they have money, especially when they are brought up with a silver spoon, nothing freak them, they just leave a normal life. multiply experience, expand the reach of relationships, seek continuous achievement, be consistent and responsible in all things then be sure when you have all of this then money will look for you.  CEOs of large companies are clear evidence that it is their value of themselves that makes them very rich today and earn a very large nominal salary. 

why are there poor and rich people, that's because the poor are synonymous with lazy people, who don't want to try hard in their lives while most rich people are hardworking and smart.... you decide what you will be in the future.

Money is never enough, you might think a particular amount will be enough for you but when you achieve that amount, you'll always want more and it's because you're greedy but to keep that lifestyle that you would have adopted for yourself, you need more money. Also with the high rate of inflation, if you don't keep on making money, you'll go broke very soon as you'll spend all the money that you have saved.

The only difference is that, when you have gotten enough money, now you have the opportunity to make your money work for you by investing in companies and be giving back to the community as those companies can provide jobs to residents of your area.

i quite understand what you are saying. when we set our sights completely on money, we will tend to be afraid to lose it and when we do lose it, we will become quite mad, and we will look for money again, and so on. but when we focus on ourselves and our efforts, the money will follow, and when we lose it, we tend to think less about the loss and take it for granted, and this is the thinking of many rich people in the world.
