I like you're prediction, mine is personally around $50K if $17.5K is the low. Or specifically, the 0.618 fib retracement level, ie a similar move to 2019 when price retraced back to $14K within months of the low. If price drops down to $12K to $14K levels, like many are still anticipating and remains more than possible, then I agree with ~$45K as this would then be the anticipated retracement for a dead cat bounce.

I'd like to also point out that Bitcoin's dominance continues to collapse, despite the bear market, highlighting the wreck-less speculation that continues in the altcoin market. A move back to $30K to $40K would merely be the dead cat bounce from fiat buyers, but the move to $50K, even $60K, would likely be the liquidity from altcoins coming back into Bitcoin, exactly like in 2019 when altcoins got rekt.

It's really hard to see the way the price is moving currently, the price goes down hard in it's support of $20k. Most likely we might hit another lower lows if we broken $18k this week because obviously, $17k is on the horizon and it's hard to see where it is going to settle or at least when the bleeding stops. I want to think that we can still hit $40k at the end of the year but chances are very slim at this point.

True, I mean being optimistic about the future is a great quality to have but at the same time people need to be realistic as well about their predictions about the market, because if they are not and they let that optimistic attitude to dominate them then they will make predictions that are simply impossible for bitcoin to live up to, and then they will become more and more disappointed with the market to the point they could sell their coins before the bull market comes.

OP @worldofcoins believes BTC will reach $40k - $45k before the end of this year, but it seems hard to happen. The current price of BTC is around $19k - $21k, it is only a half of $40k - $45k. The gap is around $20k, it won't be easy to achieve less than 4 months. Especially, we are in the bearish season, we rarely saw Bitcoin price can increase very signifincantly. So, personally, I conclude that it is impossible to happen.

Bitcoin recorded an increase of 8% as I write this, of course the hope that it can continue to go without stopping. While Ethereum is also following the movement of Bitcoin.

I'm buying BTC currently but I don't think it will reach the 45k mark before this year ends. There are many news that is against bitcoin and we are currently on a bearish market that could last up till next years so I don't think it's a wise thing to assume that bitcoin will hit 45k again this year. In the future, It's very possible like what bitcoin did last bull market, It penetrated resistance easily. This is why buying BTC in our current market cycle is a good thing to do.

I'm buying BTC currently but I don't think it will reach the 45k mark before this year ends. There are many news that is against bitcoin and we are currently on a bearish market that could last up till next years so I don't think it's a wise thing to assume that bitcoin will hit 45k again this year. In the future, It's very possible like what bitcoin did last bull market, It penetrated resistance easily. This is why buying BTC in our current market cycle is a good thing to do.

Buying at the bear market is always been the best strategy, although it's currently pumping from $18k-$21k as of the moment, it won't go to the moon or at least hit $45k this year.

So far bitcoin has struggled to break through $30K again especially after the price has dropped to $17.7K, so I guess it will take a long time until next year to hit $45K again. Now the gains feel good enough, but this is a bounce that isn't too big compared to the percentage declines so far.

I think we will close the year under $40K, it could be anywhere from $30K to $35K.

You might be right about your predictions looking forward with all technical analysis also from previous market circling it may take another 2 years or after the next bitcoin halving few months ahead then we would experience another massive bull which might probably hit $80k to $100k.
Although it's very hard to predict how and what would happen next.
