There aren't positive news that could influence bitcoin on the other way upside. I hope from next year on crypto market starts recovering again, so we can reach to 30,000$ and maybe 40,000$, but it will highly depend on the situation of traditional economies of the world and how weak fiat currencies are going to be. The weakest fiat becomes, the stronger crypto gets.

My prediction would be that it hits at least $15K and ends the year at multi-year lows.  I'm not sure what you're basing your prediction on since we're about to reach the stage where the market finds a bottom (next month) and the global economy is in recession with the highest levels of inflation most of us have seen in our lifetimes.  I think your prediction is running a bit on hopium.  Even in a bullish scenario, reaching $40K by the end of the year is nearly impossible.  Patience during bear markets is key.  New highs aren't right around the corner.

We should really not make ourselves that too hopeful or optimistic so that we wont really be ending up on having that kind of frustration if ever Bitcoins price wont really be that able to achieve that price

I agree that there are many different ways that bitcoin could recover as well, and 45k could happen this year, all it depends on is hearing the news and that is going to be a great day for crypto. It could be number of things like you listed, but the important thing is if we are seeing those type of things happen right now or not, and we are not seeing them so far. It just requires a bit of time before we can see them and will it be before the year ends or not? I do not know if it will be before the year ends, but I know that it will happen.
