Happy New month, I'm a newbie and while going through the rules of this thread I came across the part that says, "I consider posts that are a maximum of 120 days old"

This should answer your question

Of course, I consider the 120 days limit from the moment of the submission, not from the moment of the review.
If I'd consider the limit from the day of the review, basically, all the post would be gone!
Jokes apart the rules is meant to share only newer, more relevant posts, rather than old, random posts.

Why don't people follow your rules?Why don't they read the rules you mentioned and post here accordingly. Your rules clearly state that a person can submit a maximum of five posts in one entry but see he has submitted links to seven posts at once.

I think you did not read rules of @fillippone those are present on front page of this thread and your all posts are invalid and your posts will be skip when your turn comes for meriting because you already received two or more than two merits in your all posts. Now you can edit your posts and put those posts you did not received two merits

Don’t submit posts that have already gotten more than two merits. If a post has already gotten 2 merits or more, I would simply skip it.

Why did he do it?

It was the old rule that states 2 weeks after, before a new post can be made in this merit thread of fillippone. But due to the much request of forum members that want their post to merit, the new rule was changed to "post only when you have received merits", if you haven't yet, don't send until you receive merits from the fillippone

You cannot submit a new entry until I have reviewed your last one.

I am sorry, this will slow the submitting process a little bit, but I am lagging behind too much, and I get very old messages.
Of course, this rule applies now, so the already submitted series won't be affected and will be reviewed.

On my side, I will do my best to catch up. even if during holidays, I might have a more difficult setup to run my merit spree.
