You cannot submit a new entry until I have reviewed your last one.

I am sorry, this will slow the submitting process a little bit, but I am lagging behind too much, and I get very old messages.
Of course, this rule applies now, so the already submitted series won't be affected and will be reviewed.

On my side, I will do my best to catch up. even if during holidays, I might have a more difficult setup to run my merit spree.

It is good because you want to meet up. And another way you can also do to catch up is to lock the thread within the period you meriting the applications. So that in that period no applications will come in but if open it, you will see that Newbies, Members and  Full Members will submit application because must of them do not read instructions and they only follow other people's applications. They just come here edit other people submitted application and submit theirs so the best way is to lock the thread then after when you finished meriting the present ones then you reopen it again. That will help you a lot. I have also informed my community to obey di instruction and dis can give dem di clear information on the instruction.

I must say you are doing a very wonderful job fillippone sometimes i imagine how copious the application over here is and yet you still finds time to gradually go through everyone's post and credit merits across them. Well, I so much love your new rules, maybe it will reduced much task for you as well as giving more chance for new applicants to also receive merits on time instead of queuing up to process old applicants it will pave way for newer applicants to also receive while they wait for their old submission to be reviewed.

I am not a merits source neither do i regularly received merits otherwise i could have helps to facilitate the review process but still i have no much merits to carry out that task.

I am currently around 28 of September, or page 43.
