This type of offers are occasionally offered on the Gambling sites. However, $20K is not a simple offer. Duelbits is managing the business with having good reputation. If any users is able to wager $20K then they can get it. However, I think gambler should be careful about KYC and limitation on his account more ever they have to read the terms and conditions carefully.

All reputable gambling sites will pay $20k and above. I have witnessed the situation with FJ if I am not mistaking, where they scheduled to pay the gambler upto 3 times installmentally. If any tricks or cheating is resorted to then I think not only 20k$ but even 20$ can block . But on the other hand if you fall into the clutches of a scam casino then that is a different matter. But in this case you mention a reputable casino name I don't think they can do this type of matter I think there can be really logical reasons behind stopping payments.

I think he might have done something wrong due to which his payment stopped.  I don't think this site can work like that.  I've heard from a few others that the site can't do this.  I think he must have made a mistake somewhere.  There is such a problem for that. But yes there are many fake sites that we should stay away from.  If not, we will be in trouble.

Possibly, he made a mistake because if he did nothing wrong at all but the casino can't pay him, maybe the casino is having trouble with his balance so the user experiences delays when he wants to withdraw his money. Just to clarify, OP asked an hypothetical question. He didn't really make a 20k bet and hit a big win. He just wanted to know if the casino will pay in such scenario.

Any reputable casino, if it lets you bet an amount, and doesn't block it or give you a message about it, will pay you if you win. What happens is that after certain amounts you may be asked for KYC, as you have been told, which happens in almost all casinos nowadays.

I think the OP here has asked about the withdrawal where there is no cheating by the gambler. If gambler has abide by all the rules, his kyc is also processed successfully then there is no excuse left from the gambling site  not to pay the gambler or not let him withdraw.
Of course if he cheated or  violate any rules and regulations of the site, then gambling site has all the rights to deny him the withdrawal and also freeze his funds.

doing KYC to be able to spend large sums of money from a gambling platform is fine for me. because that's the only way to get all those big wins out.

It makes sense that people want to protect their privacy in this day and age, after all we know that governments and private businesses are doing everything they can to get as much information from us as possible, however when we are talking about such an important amount of money I think a great deal of people will be willing to accept a KYC procedure so they can get paid, as that is an amount of money which can really help you out to start a business or if you live in a country where the average salary is low then that money could be life-changing.

Right. We've seen how the site can deal with problems and try to solve them well. So if you can win a lot of money honestly and you don't try to cheat, I think they will pay you the money you win. There is no reason for them to withhold your winnings unless they see suspicion and make them withhold your request to investigate. And if you are not proven to have committed any fraud, they will immediately pay for it and apologize for the inconvenience you have felt.
