If someone bet high amount (20k)+ on this casino and win  like 2-5x time more his money.

would the casiino pay him or find excuse not to pay and ban his account?

It all depends upon the nature and credibility of the site. If the site is credible, has a good reputation and history, and your claim is genuine & doesn't contain any fraud or cheating, they would pay you your winning amount and cannot refuse the payout against the same. Also, if you have any bad experiences of this nature, you can post them in the relevant section.
Well credibility is one of the most thing that a casino is taking care, Refusing to pay a legitimate win would result a very negative impact to them.  OP is pertaining to duelbits and I think duelbits has some reputation that they are taking care, Though there's a high chance that they will ask for KYC if the gambler withdraws the maximum account that is allowable.
as Long as OP can   provide documents that Site will ask if ever he won that big? then there should be a quick response and withdrawal,  Duelbit being one of the most reputable and popular site we have now in this forum and in the whole crypto gambling industry?
I'm sure they will not let ruined their reputation with such amount of bets and wins.

In a way it is natural that people get worried about whether or not they are going to be paid if they happen to get a huge win over any casino, but it is precisely because of this that we need to make sure that the casino in which we are playing has a very good reputation, that way even if we are doubtful at first as long as you did nothing wrong then you are going to eventually be paid what you are owed, it may take some time as the casino needs to verify that there is nothing wrong with your account, but if you are clean then you are going to eventually get paid.

I agree. However, for sure there are limitations on bets that Duelbits set up. Both bet limit and max win. I believe this could be found on their terms of service. The OP can also ask about it directly to their live chat support. I'm sure he'll get the exact answer that about his query.

I'm not sure what is the purpose of this post from OP, or He wanted  make an assurance in case he will bet such high? or maybe he wanted to try the site for its maximum payment so He open this thread for future use?
I think op wants to be sure either duelbets or not. Few people scam large amounts while they return for a small amount. Though op is using the site and receiving a small amount of payment in this phase, they are not scammers. But the op is confused either the site will lock the fund or not if OP wins a bigger amount.

Before a player will ask such a question, it will be as a result of past bad experiences in some casinos that always refuse to play big amounts. But to this point, duelbits happen to be a big casino that has been around for a while, and is sure a 20k winning payout will be a small amount for such a big casino as Duelbit. The only way the withdrawal can be denied is when the player violates their terms and conditions in any way or has cheated the system to win those games. Apart from that, I don't think duelbit will have any problem paying such a small amount.

They are not allowing their users to make a withdrawal for a large amount. There's a specific minimum and maximum withdrawal per day. If you are already playing so long in duelbits there is a chance they don't require a KYC for the large withdrawal but if you are just a created new account and make a deposit and won a large amount, sometimes gambling casino request a NYC for the verification you didn't abuse the system. This is what happens most often.

I agree with you that someone who may face any troubles in the past may ask this type of question. But I think there might have another reason too and that is the narrow mind of a player and also self scam level. For example, if I can scam 1000$ then there is a valid reason not to trust someone for 1000$.
