When every time there is a new gambling casino introduced here in the forum we should always check the ToS not only what they post it here and claim they are a NO-KYC gambling casino. Probably now we begin to doubt this gambling casino and we hope that they give an explanation about this, it could be a loophole for the gamblers to become their fund stuck if they don't comply with KYC which is a very common strategy for those shady gambling casinos.
However, it will probably be a mistake too.

I hope that this casino's forum account will remain active in this forum to reply when a gambler have problems or issues about the casino. Copper membership is bought but I didn't find it attractive compared to other casinos that are also newly launched in this forum. As what I have read in some posts/replies where there's NO KYC but request anyway is a bit misleading in my opinion. The site is quite simple, but it looks good. They are into esports betting if I am not mistaken.  They have 100% bonus available to claim for the first deposit with 20x wagering requirement.  They also have certain promotions and surprisingly they have roulette game.

Well they don't require KYC unless they found the account suspicious.

That's what people should do when gambling in a casino or in a gambling site and yet there are still people who doesn't read ToS, terms and conditions, privacy and policy in the casino or in sportsbook where those people will create a scam accusation thread complaining about the casino. they probably meant "NO KYC" upon registration which the majority of the crypto casino we have today does. anyway, as much as it is the gambler's responsibility to know the casino's ToS I still think the casino should clarify this kind of things from the start instead of saying "NO KYC" in an attempt to attract gamblers because of their "NO KYC" policy.

The title is misleading if they are asking KYC based on their policy, it's contradictory and misleading if players are not going to look in the TOS and believe what they promote in their title, they will be in trouble sooner,, its a trap to put a no KYC in the title of your thread here and then you have it in your policy, you have to explain it or better take that NO KYC to promote your casino.

i have the feeling that maybe for now, they won't be asking kyc as they do want to attract bettors. or they won't ask kyc for small time players. however, if someone wins big, that's the time that they will require kyc for the player. in any case, the rep should clarify this first so people won't expect that they really don't need to submit kyc. because it is clear from their ToS that they do require.

In any case, we have another casinos here, and the competition is going to be tough for new ones because some casinos have established themselves.

Nevertheless, it will be a challenge to the new ones like Euphoriabet.io. Although they are more focused on Esports and I don't think majority here are into it.
