When every time there is a new gambling casino introduced here in the forum we should always check the ToS not only what they post it here and claim they are a NO-KYC gambling casino. Probably now we begin to doubt this gambling casino and we hope that they give an explanation about this, it could be a loophole for the gamblers to become their fund stuck if they don't comply with KYC which is a very common strategy for those shady gambling casinos.

The point is, you will still ask for someone to verify at any one point due to "suspicious activity". This is a gray area. Anyone can be suspicious until proven otherwise. Even someone who has not broken any rules can be suspicious.
NO KYC simply means no one will ever be asked KYC, suspicious or not suspicious. There is no in between.

OP should do the right thing, take out the non-KYC in the title and replace it with another compelling tag line don't boast as a no KYC casino when you are not, there was a casino in the past that also boast of a no KYC casino but they have KYC in their TOS, I don't remember the name but it's not existing anymore, who would trust a casino who tries to deceive people from a policy that contradict their terms, let's see if they will take that non KYC or people should cautious on this casino.

To comment on the kyc discussion, I personally would never believe any casino that comes out to say they are a no kyc casino, i see this as a marketing strategy to win customers since majority of gamblers hate going through the kyc process on casinos for several reasons, many casinos in time past, started as a no kyc casino but in the long run, they started enforcing kyc on their customers after they have gained alot of users.

in this case you should remove the "NO KYC" in the title of your ANN Thread, because at the end of the day your casino asks for KYC in case someone is considered suspicious. so that means you ask for KYC. The most important thing is to be sincere and honest with people and tell them that they should be aware that in your casino anyone you consider suspicious will KYC. the problem with that is that you have a lot of power, you are the one who will decide who pays and who doesn't, you just need to use your TOS and consider that the person is suspicious and force him to do KYC and as most people are afraid KYC, they prefer to give up the money and the casino will keep the money.

According to your Terms and Conditions, you give yourself the right to request KYC from players who are using your service in one way or another, this means you can request KYC from any player. Trying to promote yourself as a "NO KYC" casino when you are doing exactly the same as any other casino that implements KYC procedures is dishonest and misleading.

I've seen some KYC issues around here, I advise OP to remove the NO KYC on the title because it might lead into confusion knowing that you are asking KYC for suspicious account just like any other casinos. NO KYC is a strong word now and putting it on a title could make a ANN thread attractive though it can make a misunderstanding just like what happened here. We've seen a lot of gambling sites in the past that all said they didn't have to do KYC but if players wanted to be paid, there were out of the blue exceptions where they had to be asked. The above post is the statement of the team towards KYC.
So at the moment, they are not requiring KYC, unless they suspected you from violating their ToS.
However, with the scenarios that we have observed in a lot of gambling sites, they sometimes require KYC even if you haven't violated any of their protocols,
but just because you got big winnings. Now, up to you how you will trust the site about their statement on this aspect.

The above post is the statement of the team towards KYC.
So at the moment, they are not requiring KYC, unless they suspected you from violating their ToS.
However, with the scenarios that we have observed in a lot of gambling sites, they sometimes require KYC even if you haven't violated any of their protocols,

After finding a serious vulnerability, I reported it to their team.
I obviously can't expect bug bounty rewards when the website doesn't have such a program, but this is the first website I've ever bug hunted on that didn't pay ANYTHING.
The vulnerability made me able to generate infinite USDT+BTC.
My advice is to avoid this site. You could easily lose your crypto due to a malicious actor (If the site bankroll is cleaned).

Yeah, true indeed but this is also true that KYC isn't mandatory there either. They only require KYC if they find anything suspicious or if they are forced through legal entities. As I said, this is common practice in online casino industry. There are very few casinos which don't require KYC at all. Macaw casino is one them which I'm aware of. I totally agree with you, now the question is which should gamblers really trust to pay their winnings without problems between a licensed casino and the unlicensed one?

Honestly, it makes no sense to ask for KYC if the fund is coming from a win.  It is obviously not money laundering because as I said the huge money comes from the casino, why is it subject to KYC for Anti-Money Laundering?  It is more likely the casino is finding fault to not handle out the huge win to the player.

Some words of advice for anyone who was wondering about using this bookmaker...

They decided to void all my winnings and return only my deposits (same technique as 1xbit) because their oddsprovider flagged my account for using ''software and arbitrage betting" :

"We wanted to inform you that our provider has recently conducted a
review of your account and has flagged it for possible violation of our
website's terms and conditions, specifically in relation to the use of
software and arbitrage betting. As a result, we regret to inform you
that your account will be blocked and all bets will be canceled.

We understand that this may come as a disappointment, but we take these
matters seriously and must ensure that our policies and guidelines are
upheld. Please note that only your deposit will be refunded, and any
winnings or bonuses will not be returned. Please create new withdrawal."

I've been betting for a while now, so usually the bets I place will have odds dropping by kickoff and this can trigger a flag with some oddsproviders. I had issues with Jackbit and Betnomi in the past few months for the same reason but they all ended up paying after reviewing my account and finding nothing fishy (you can check both locked threads in the scam accusations board). All the bets I place are my own bets and I am not using any software of any kind.

So basically, if you make good bets and win money, stay out of Euphoriabet because they will accuse you of arbitrage betting and steal your money!

At the end of the day, they are unlicensed so they don't really have to abide by any rules sadly. It is also my word against theirs so it's hard to prove my innocence, but if needed I could go through bet by bet in my betting history and prove why it's not an arb because every single bookmaker had around the exact same odds at the time of the bet.

Lol, Arbitrage betting already spread like a wild fire. The more you denied it the more you will be guilty. Bookmaker provider being use by the crypto casino are all connected to each other which they can easily detect whose doing an arbitrage betting that abusing their odds difference.

But they should give back your deposit since that’s not part of the money that get on malicious activity. Remember that arbs bet are being use by money launderers that’s why casino is vigilant to bust this activity.

File an official scam report on scam accusation board if you’re sure that you didn’t arbitrage bet. Post the screenshot of the support conversation.

Maybe he didn't come back because he realized that what he did was a mistake and he has accepted the consequences of what he did.
It's natural for the cheating that is done by the user if the casino prohibits or bans the account and we all have to be able to understand and accept what the casino has decided.
