Once again, we have already responded to a complaint from an industry leading mediator, chosen by the player, unrelated to the licensor. We provided details to the mediator and they chose not to pursue the case further. The player continues to intentionally leave out this information in any of his comments here, but we have shown the details of this privately to a trusted forum member here and he has confirmed this on the thread. We have completed our involvement here. This player is a proven abusive multi-accounter, who was fortunate enough to have received the full amount on his first account (a much larger amount). At that time, he was warned about creating additional accounts. We do not take this sort of thing lightly and would never seize funds without 100% confirmation of abuse. He can continue to make noise but we are done responding for good. We are looking forward to many exciting promos and updates for our many legitimate players to enjoy!

Again you ignore all the questions.
And I explained about the mediator, it was the only one that you are accepting to use. You refuse all others. https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.curacao-egaming.com Here is the one you accept only.

-No one ever from the forum confirmed that I am the abuser here.
-I stated i have no other accounts and I am ready to prove it by doing all KYC you can imagine.
-You never answered any question from me on the forum.
-You never answered any email from me.
-You never told if you have in your Terms of Conditions or Policy to withheld someone else funds.

There has been many complaints about you doing this same practice in last few months, some moderators from other forums tried to get in touch with your company (because of multiple people complaint) you dont respond to them too, lawyers try to reach you, no response too.

and after all this you say I am the cheater?

On PlayBetr terms of conditions they have this

- I dont know if Curacao EGaming and Curacao Gaming Authority is same thing...

If i was you, i would post my case at thepogg and i would mention that i already contacted Curacao Egaming without getting a response. If Playbetr statement that Curacao Egaming already voted for them, they will be free to sent thepogg all necessary proofs and as long as thepogg accepts them, they will vote for them as well.

I expect that both of you will agree that my proposal looks fair for all.

I agree totally on this, I will do it tomorrow, the problem is that Curacao EGaming didnt give me official response yet about their decision (of course I dont have hopes on them to rule in my favour, or even answer me because they never answered anyone) so maybe thepogg will not want to get involve until I get official respond from Curacao EGaming.

I am only pissed off because this scam promoters dont answer the simply question do they have in their Terms of Conditions that they can confiscate all my funds [without explanation on mail, without answering lawyer etc]

Mate, forget Curacao Egaming, they will not answer you. If you keep pushing them to answer you, they will answer you that ''according to license holder, you broke their terms, blah blah blah''.

Go ahead with thepogg. They are well aware about Curacao EGaming reputation, they will not base their judge on them.

Only thing being left is Playbetr to accept thepogg as a mediator.

So i am asking playbetr: Do you accept Thepogg as mediator in this case?

Make sure you're emailing the right people; Curaçao Gaming and Curaçao Egaming are not the same thing and Playbetr only licensed with the first. Complaints@gaming-curacao.com is the best email. Try that but find another adjudicator like someone said, second The Pogg as well.

This doesnt changes the fact that you never provided full details here or to me. That doesnt change the fact that you still have almost every week new user complaining from you.

and of course it doesnt change the fact that your turnover is getting smaller and your reviews everywhere is below 5.00 (below 5/10).. curacao licensed bookies scams are coming to an end once the new legislation come to power.

and most of all it doesnt change the fact that no where in your rules you have stated that you can confiscate funds of player without reasoning but the fact you are curacao licensed is enough for everybody to know who is the cheater in the situation
