I have discovered that any project that survives brutal bear market usually perform very well during the bull market. However, people don't pay attention to resilience projects, they chase quick profit tokens and at the end of the game, they loss it all.

Not all project do so well after surviving the bear market especially coins that is in a very competitive market. An example is Layer1 coins, after they survive a bear market, there's a higher chance that people tend to invest in a newer launched layer1 coin as that is always an upgrade of the current existing ones. As the bear market comes to an end you'll begin seeing investors move to newer launched project just as Aptos is gaining some hype and other layer 1 would lose the support they were getting in the previous bull market.
This isn't associated with just layer1 coins but all other areas of the market like decentralized exchange, Defi protocols etc. Newer launch project tends to get more hype and investment than the previous projects.

Actually i do not believe newer layer 1 chains will be able to compete. Many have tried and yet most alternative layer 1 chains still have way way lower TVL than Ethereum (and plenty of them incentivize dapp developers to build on them while Ethereum Foundation does not have to do that). I think layer 2 rollups will eventually take over the market from all these layer 1 Ethereum-killers.

Obviously bearish market is a perfect time for an investor to find out a strong project although it's all requires deep analysis about various projects nevertheless I think choosing an old altcoin based on its historical performance is absolutely a best option for investors for example Litecoin, XLM, ADA ect. these altcoins have already been faced many bearish market conditions and still available in the crypto currency market which shows the strength and capability of these altcoins.

All 3 of your projects mentioned they used to be potential projects, but now that's a different story. Check all of them, all 3 are without any hype lately, even in bull season 2021 all altcoins explode and hit new ATH but all 3 don't. If it is for investment, I think only ADA is the most worthwhile project to try and LTC or XLM have really gone into oblivion, they are not dead but making a profit from them is very difficult.

There are a lot of factors to determine what is a good project, especially if you're just basing your opinions on whether a project will increase in value over time. What I could say for certain is a good indicative of a project that will stand the test of time is what I call the three Ss: Scalability, Security, and Suitability. Scalability is how well-equipped a project is against the market's tumultuous ups and downs, do they have a good backup plan? Have they accounted for the bears and the bull seasons? how about upsurge in users? that should be taken care of. Security is met when a project had imposed appropriate security measures against attacks from hackers, scammers, and the likes. Plus points if they have contingency plans during instances where exchanges are down due to hacker attacks. Last but not least is Suitability. Suitability is met when the project's features or main thing is relevant to what the market needs right now or possibly could need in the future. Just these three things to look out for is enough for me to pick which projects will tank and which ones won't. Use and abuse it.

My brother that is what I considered as a good project is a project that have long stay and when investing on it then your mind will be settled it's not a project that is short term project which after investing your money then the project will die off so that is why some people qualified or recommend a particular project that this project is what the co-investing I can't invest on a short-term project which I don't know if it will make well or it will not so the best thing to do is to invest in the long-term project and long-term project are a good project

A project could have a long-term vision but not uphold their long-term goals because of poor management. I've seen dozens if not hundreds of projects share the same fate when it comes to viable goals for the future. What I'm saying is that it is not enough that you have a good vision for the future of your project, in fact it's imperative that every project whether shitcoin or not be have at least a viable vision that could save them for the years to come. Remember that the path towards hell always start from good intentions.

because like social media, affiliates, development teams etc. it can be manipulated or copied from an existing project and looks like it promises that the project is good.
but that way might be one way to minimize the risks that will be obtained when investing in new projects.

Something I realized today, there needs to be a good seller at the very top, someone who is chatty and a great salesman, like the real estate or car sales people who make a living only if they can sell something levels of good.

This is important because no matter what the product is, if there are no good sales people at the top, even the greatest projects can't be heard by anyone, whereas if there is a great salesman at the top, there will be a lot of places they will go out and try to sell the project and grow a community, and they could also continue to sell the product in the community itself as well. These are all very important parts, because selling the project to masses is the only thing that will keep it alive.
