What kind of person would offer her/his son as collateral, I cannot believe it. I also can't believe if they agreed someone who is using 4 year old child as their opponent's (etc) collateral. This type of people are irresponsible in whole their life and maybe this is the best for kid as government may take care of him even better than his mother. I wish son's future life will be better. This is a very sad story and most cases of female addicts are beyond common sense, such as the case of a female addict who went to a casino and left her child in a locked car and died.
In cases like this, the security forces must act decisively to provide a deterrent effect so that similar cases do not happen again. I don't know how a casino accepted a child as a collateral for the losses made in the casino, if it's a regulated casino then they couldn't do that if I am not wrong and the girl also has severe addiction which made the girl to do anything for the urge of betting. One who doesn't have money shouldn't be allowed to gamble at all and ofcourse these kind of rare incidents will not happen everyday.

reading the article, what i realized was that the residents of the area said that the woman abandoned her son at the lottery store after she had a lot of losses, honestly i don't see how anyone could have a lot of losses in a lottery store and still like the channel Did you come to the conclusion that she gave the boy as collateral? The fact that the woman thought of leaving her sone there just so she can make some payment arrangements first is nuts. If you don't have the money, you shouldn't gamble to begin with, but the woman still took her chance and that is the result. It's too unfair for the child to be involved in his mother's addiction and be used for her own that’s why there is a need to strengthen laws in family planning so only those responsible individual can start their family. So everything is based on what people said to the police not the actual information which is yet to find so we can't conclude anything because we even can't be sure that kid is her child or someone's. In this article does not detail the story that happened before, why the woman could have a huge loss that she could not bear. and why the lottery shop could accept a toddler's guarantee, this is the question on my mind.
So from my point of view, in conclusion, the first fault lies with the lottery shop. however, Mother's actions are totally unacceptable. he had the heart to abandon his son just because of the desire to gamble and make the child as collateral.

To be honest when I saw the post I was kind of shocked, seriously where I stay women don't really gamble, It rear to see woman gambling, but maybe they gamble with their mobile phone.
