Can free NFTs still make you money? I don't bother to claim free NFTs anymore because I have many that has no good use and value, also NFTs is tanking right now than shit coins, do you still claim free NFTs and are they worth anything? Maybe NFTs will make a comeback some day?

You can compare it to airdrops, in the early days it was really profitable, there are some that make money $100 or more with just a simple and 1 airdrop.

So this is happening to NFT's right now, and just like the bounty airdrop, there are no more value because of the hype is gone and so this is the case with NFT. And so with that said, I will agree that it is somewhat a waste of time with this NFT airdrop. Maybe it will just clogged your wallet or account with NFT that don't have any values.

At the end of last year, precisely in 2021, I still got a profit which surprised me, I didn't think that there were some interested people who offered my NFT, by offering my NFT at the price of 1 ETH and it surprised me, even though I got NFT it was from free clam, then i didn't think long so i took the offer to sell my NFT to him, and at that time i no longer saw or heard there were several NFT hunters, who benefited from free klam, Well basically all of that takes a process at least you've tried to do something well, everyone has their own luck so don't be too quick to despair with the work you're doing right now, at least you don't steal that's all...

I think you are too late already, the people who benefited from free NFT's are the first set of people who got them when there was still a lot of hype about the NFT project, not people who are still seeking free NFT's at this time. I've come to realise that most people in this cryptocurrency space just float with the tide. We've been hearing about NFTs and people are not considering the cost implication, because of the few big wins heard about NFTs they waste their little resources hoping for the big wins on free NFTs. I personally haven't seen any free NFT that has been worth the cost of minting and still wonder why people keep claiming. It feels like they just don't want to be left out, if eventually anything good comes out of those NFTs.

Aren't this NFT been sold to ourselves, why will someone pay big for something that others got free especially as they're just pictures of mostly animals that is likely not to go up in price. Even though many people are quite foolish in the space I think buying worthless NFT isn't what they will do especially those that were airdrop to others. With coins, there's already a market for them so if you buy airdrop coins you can easily sell them out on open market but with NFT, someone has to be interested in owning it, which is unlikely.
The NFT spaces needs more time as what's currently trending as NFT are just not worth it. We need to find more utility for NFT'S to before the space can explode. With the world cup coming using NFT ticket could trigger some awareness to the sector

I follow several twitter accounts that are specifically about airdrops and most of the airdrops at this time are new coins, DeFi and NFT, and from the few that I have followed, NFT is indeed coins that are difficult to sell and accumulate in wallets until now.

I will not equate them all, yes, it will be a waste of time for those who do not profit from it but it will be very useful for those who know how to use it to make a profit. Currently, I am not participating in free mint projects because I don't have too much time to look for them, many people can't make money from it but I also see many people can make money from it just need you to research and screen before joining. It's like testnet, many people don't join because they think it's untrustworthy trash like airdrop, but also many people can make thousands of dollars from testnet, Aptos is an example for us to see. Yes, but not that's all Nft is. some adept marketers have convinced consumers they can make easy money by trading nfts even though it's ludicrous to think you could win against counter parties who know more about the product instead of just buying nft you should learn about and get involved in nft initiatives and promising pre launch project once you find the ideal project you can monitor it for month before starting to check if the crew is reliable and accomplishing things as in cashbox a meta universe project i learnt about during the first two months many nft initiatives have postponed their launch due to the poor market.

Free things will not make you rich. Those who give this things out for free know it will not and that is why they give them out. But if you feel devoting time to claim the NFTs will not hinder anything you do or put much stress on you, go ahead. Do not expect much from it. See it as a little online game you are playing for fun.

If it was an art nft or similar then the op is right that we are only wasting our time if we get the nft's from an airdrop because there would be plenty of copies of them. The only way for those types of nft to be profitable is if you are the one who make them and then you make only a very limited amount for them to be valuable. Meanwhile there's also gaming nft's which has their own market and you can sell them just like a token.

We can pick those types of free nft's instead and for us to be more sure that our time isn't wasted, we can join a bounty in the forum instead of an airdrop and then pick up a respected campaign manager.

Years back when NFTs are still less popular some people were able to get their hands on free NFTs and today they worth over thousands of dollars, the chances of the same thing happening today are now very slim because too many projects introduce shit projects with shit NFTs, if you have to claim any free NFT make sure the project giving it away is outstanding.

Yes i agree with you , i already experienced it from a year ago i mint some  free NFTs, i spend a lot of etherium gas fees on it and still it did not give me any profit. So free NFTs are a waste of time.
